January 2024 Hello Dear Ones. It is a new year in your linear time. A time when things begin again, the cycles of your season are completed. In this ending there is, of course, a beginning. A start of something new. Yet there is never really a beginning when what was, is still unfolding and still directing some of your actions and your responses to your world. Even an infant comes into the world with some preprograming. But that does not mean there are not moments and many situations that are completely new, and that even the old weavings, the old threads of your life have to be the same. There is always the potential, the possibility to create a new view, a new perspective, a new reaction to what was. This time of the new year is a good time to consider this. It is time to take a giant breath and stop time for a moment. To stop the creeping forward of what was in the past or bounding into the future with your thoughts, and perhaps even regrets. Now is the time to sit within the present and clearly search within the heart space for what is of importance, what is calming and peaceful. What situation would create a gentle place where the mind, the body, and even the whole of you, is incorporated with spirit with soul, and then can rest? What would this look like? We will share a process to clarify these objectives, these yearnings. So, begin as always, with your breath. Breathe deeply through the nose until the lungs are at full capacity, hold this breath for as long as comfortable, then release the breath fully. Remember to embody the breath. You are the breath. Do not allow the mind to stray. Stay focused on the mechanics of the breath, the inhalation (the expansion of the lungs), the exhalation (the decompression of the lungs). All the nuances of the breath should captivate you. Do at least three of these centering breaths. Then formulate one sentence of desire or even a single word. Desire is a word that begins the process of manifestation. Desire could be a trait you wish to encourage within yourself. Would you like to be more creative, more compassionate, more self-confident, more loving? There are so many possible objectives you might have. Then you could, if you wish, write it on a piece of paper. Do not over think it. Just allow the thought of your desire to come forth. Remember this is about you now in the present, it is not about others or possibilities of the physical components of your life. It is about you, who you are, for this is where change occurs on a lasting level. This may take a few tries to fine tune. Do not hurry the process. Then you will have your north star, a place to point you in a direction that you are creating. It is in awareness that you will move forward into your next yearly cycle. This desire may change or shift throughout the year. To recognize the desire, to give yourself permission to find a greater understanding of self, is truly a gift. To make time for yourself, to honor who you are and to listen to the needs and yearnings of soul is a practice that will create a harmony within you and upon the earth. This reflection of self will stabilize some of the erratic emotions of self. This will then be felt by the collective consciousness. It will be felt, the energy of this self that is willing to take time to improve, to realize a connection to all that is, it will be felt by all. For a small investment of your time, large results will occur. You are giving your soul a window to reveal itself. There should be is a softness, a gentleness within all that needs to be discovered, to be understood. Allow yourself the time to experiment, to play within the space of your desires to see what might be, and what might occur from this introspection of self. This is meant to be fun. Imagine you are attending a party, a party of one! At the party you are wishing to get to know more intimately the party goers. You! Stay within the present and imagine how you wish to be, for this is who you truly are. Then nurture this desire and keep it firmly in mind in your daily experiences. If you fall accidentally in a place of negativity, then that is not a true desire, just step away from it knowing that is not the true you. Remember to be playful, to believe in yourself. The world changes one being at a time. Create a change, a knowing of you that you desire. Desire.. such a beautiful word filled with possibilities. Dear Ones, you are the beauty you are the possibilities, you have the desire! I think often when we think of desires, we are searching for something outside ourselves a new car a physical object, or a change in our relationships, we don't focus on ourselves. But that is where the start of all other desires can be realized. It's easier to want something than to put the effort in to change ourselves. The word desire makes it all sound interesting and doable time to try our desires on for size and see what feels like it fits. A simple wish for you, a desire to insert good into the time corresponding with your day. It is a simple refrain. It is a standard greeting, often said with no attachment. It might pop out of your mouth with no real thought or feeling behind it. Yet all words hold frequency. They hold energy. If you do not thoughtfully add or insert your frequency or your energy into them, they will hold the collective energy of the meaning of the word, which is perhaps not your intent. What is the collective energy of a word? It is the meaning of the word, the connotation and denotation of the word, and to complicate this greeting, there are regional and cultural energy to words. Surely you recognize with speech and with your language that there are many layers to communicating. There is body language, facial expression, tone, volume, all layered upon your words. When you have all this information to unravel, if you are distracted and not present things can go terribly wrong! Then you might wonder how your words could be so misconstrued or misunderstood. That is just on the giving side, from the person who is saying the words. Then the receiver must decipher the words, they must hear the words, and hopefully not attach a story or a conflicting meaning to your words. So now we have what you might call a language barrier, even though both parties are speaking the same language! Then within this interpretation of what has been said, things can become quite murky, perhaps even reshaped into a totally different message. As we have spoken of in the previous message, your slide ruler can then begin to move. It might create a place for you that could be quite uncomfortable. Have you ever done a chore or a daily habit and then not been aware of it? You might ask yourself, “Did I feed the dog? Did I take my pills? Did I turn off the iron?”. So much is done without being in a state of presence, and of being fully aware. You are often distracted by thoughts, plans and past stories. Without awareness a simple good morning could become either a statement of no value or a statement loaded with a hidden agenda. With awareness this greeting would be a reflection of your intent. What if you structured your day differently and you gave yourself a designated time to think, to plan, to ruminate, if you wish? Then for the rest of your day, you put thoughts and energy into your words, your greetings and your conversations. If you emptied your previous thoughts when speaking to someone and listened, really listened, how would your conversations flow? You would find in the place of being present, less complication and misunderstandings occur. Just by forming your words with thought, the process will be insightful to you. It will be a language that will give you clues to your emotional base at any given time, by listening to yourself. When you are being spoken to listen with full attention, rather than skipping ahead in the conversation to formulate your answer or fill into the sentence that which you believe is being spoken of or incorporating your own ending. Really your conversations are often like wrestling matches between two bullies! The world will not fall off its axis if you take a few extra minutes to listen and to speak from the heart. The time you save from sorting through misunderstandings will more than make up for the extra time it takes to say a genuine, heartfelt “good morning”. When listening lower the volume of your own inner voice and thoughts and truly listen, look at the facial expressions, the body language of who you are speaking to, with compassion, from a space of, “I see you. I have time for you”. If you fall back to what we call remote language, where you are speaking and listening but not fully engaged, remind yourself, “I have scheduled an appointment for myself to think about all these distractions, all these stories, all these past experiences for later in the day”. Then clear them and continue speaking with your mind and heart engaged. There is nothing wrong with reminding yourself to think about something at another time. The mind can become an organized place with you leading where your thoughts go. Repetitive thoughts, thoughts that are from the past or worries about the future will not help you to sort out the now, to connect. That needs to be done with conscious awareness, with you being present. When you sing out your “good morning”, look into the recipient's eyes, care about that person, they will feel this exchange. It will be felt and then see what flows from this genuine, heartfelt exchange. So, we end with good morning, good afternoon, good night, good day to you. We hope you can feel the sweetness of the energy we have formulated into our greeting. Go out and present your true self, your aware, and awake self as a present, a gift! At a season of gift giving. No wonder there are misunderstandings when in a conversation. We are so often filling in the blanks we miss what the person is actually saying. Being a good listener does take some effort. so often we are in such a rush we don't even talk we just expect the person to know what we are thinking, by putting more effort into our communications we will have a better outcome. Our topic excites us for it is more integral to our own frequency. We have spoken of anger and some ideas to transmute that energy to something more. We wish to talk of the opposite emotion, the opposite end of the scale from where anger resides. This is a place distinctly different from anger, yet as we have stated, it is within the same frequency! In anger you have to slide your emotions as far to the very edge of the scale. If it is dialed back you will proceed through a series of various other energies, perhaps midway might be disappointment, or even unacceptance. We wish to talk about the very outermost edge which is the opposite of anger. This is a place of compassion, joy, patience and clarity. It is a place where there is no need to manipulate or change anything. You do not need to work out anything, whether it is within yourself, others, your job, or your health. It is a place of being. A place of being is the place in your timeline where you are present, where you are available to live, to have awareness and a place to see beauty and value in that which is around you. So now imagine this line, which is almost like your rulers. On one end is printed anger, on the other end compassion, and you are the slide that can slide from one side to the other. You can move through each emotion in between. So let us give you an example: compassion begins, then self-awareness, joy, peace, while moving along you will begin to encounter discouragement, disappointment, selfishness, jealousy. The list is quite large, but they are all within the same line of energy on your so-called slide rule which we have all just envisioned. You are the moving piece. There are no others that can enter your line and move your slide. You and only you are the generator of your emotions. You are all probably thinking right now of an experience or person that made your line a very slippery place to be. When something was said or done and off you slid down to anger or discouragement. Yes, there are triggers. Yes, things happen to get you moving one way or another on this line, but you and you alone have the capacity to budge your slide one way or another. Nothing else can do that, only you. To become aware of this slide, of this incrementally calibrated scale that you are on, this is the point of our message, The energy of anger, discouragement, or even compassion, does not exist in your field until you create it. You may come upon a situation where there is anger being generated from someone or somewhere else, but you must match it, you must create a similar field for your scale to move. It is something to look for, to imagine your scale ruler and ask, “Where am I on this scale? Which way do I wish to go?”. Perhaps you want to edge closer to anger, just be conscious that you have chosen this and now you are generating it. This is a practice you could try during your day. Stop what you are doing and ask yourself what you are thinking or trying not to think about and visualize your scale. Where are you? Are you content with your placement? Would you like to slide closer to compassion? You generate this change, just by challenging yourself to explore your emotional state at the moment, checking in will allow you to edge in one direction or the other. So here is the duality of this concept: While only you and you alone, can change your emotional state, if you change those around you will feel their slide ruler loosening and sliding in tandem with yours, by their choice of course. So as humans you can affect one another, but only you can actually generate an emotion. Phew…..that is giving you a lot of power. It is creating something. Your life is not just occurring, it is being designed and artistically created by you. Just stop, check in, determine where you are on the scale. How can you sculpt and mold your thoughts closer to the place you would like to be? Sometimes anger and all the other adjectives close to anger feel good, but it’s a place that is mostly nonproductive, unhealthy and unpleasant. Perhaps your slide will have to go too far to go all the way to compassion, but what about dialing it back to acceptance or understanding? As an exercise, think of something that makes you angry, then quickly let it go. Think of something with compassion, something you can feel solidarity and one with. It can be anything. Don’t overthink it. Compassion is the art of identifying self in others. How do those two emotions feel in juxtaposition to one another? It is your slide ruler. Find where it is comfortable for you and then realize it will emotionally affect others. You will be giving and receiving. Of course, they have the capacity to move their slide where they would like, but most will gladly slide up/down the slide with you. You can be the conductor of the emotional symphony that exists. Take a deep breath, examine where you are on your slide ruler, then experiment. Make changes. They are your emotions. The emotions do not say, “there is my human, and I will create anger in him/her”. No, you are creating this emotion whether you are aware of it or not. So why not choose? Why not take charge? What a wonder to be able to switch from one side to the other, knowing it is your decision to do so. Remember you have many habitual reactions that will slide you from one side to the other. That is why stopping and visualizing your slide ruler can help. It can stop the slide, even turn it around. Trust yourself. Remember you are learning. It takes time. All kudos go to you for experimenting, for reminding yourself that you are the creator of your emotions, and then those emotions can and will affect others. Emotions can be light, soft and beautiful. Create those, Dear Ones. Get your little slide rulers out and slide away. Find where you are the most comfortable and create that. Ready, set, SLIDE! I guess emotions aren't like soup the way I used to envision, a big mix of everything swirling around! it is much neater and easier to work with the slide ruler analogy. If we are conscious of our feelings and deliberate and intentional with our reactions, we are in the driver's seat of what we're creating. When we are unaware that we can guide our emotions and responses, and we allow habit and conditioning to rule, it's like being asleep at the wheel. I love the slide ruler visualization. It's simple, accessible and empowering. Elizabeth Sapphires Message 9/13/23 Sapphire, how can we temper our anger? Dear Ones, you are living in a world where anger is rampant. There is anger in your television shows, books, in one another. Yet this is not a natural state, at least not at the level that has been reached. There are those in your society, in your world, where anger is a comfort. What we mean by that is anger is so prevalent in their day-to-day life, it becomes normal, because it is known it seems like a place of comfort. Yet there is no comfort there. It is actually a place where old patterns are followed and there does not need to be creative thought. There is just stagnation. Anger can be a release of emotional confusion. You say it quite clearly, “release steam”. So, we will endeavor to create new patterns, coping mechanisms to release anger. A common way to communicate anger is to raise the voice, to speak in a way that anger is easily discernible. Then this anger becomes a challenge, and those that have heard it pick it up and return it to you. It becomes an unhealthy circle of anger, taunt words, and yes, we will say misery. Anger is more than harsh words. It is the tenseness of the physical body, the holding of breath or quick inhalation and quick exhalation. There are many physical responses, all of them not for the benefit of the body or mind or soul, for that matter. So that is the dynamics of anger. So, what is to be done? There are other mechanisms to alleviate anger, to tame anger and the internal slow boil that occurs without you consciously acknowledging it. Often times the trigger for anger is very small, yet the body, in defense, creates a physical state that amplifies it. Then the thinking mind begins its work. It will begin to elaborate, to bedazzle and enlarge the original trigger allowing the anger to grow. We are not saying that anger is always bad or unnecessary, quite the contrary. But exaggerated anger, coveted anger, is unnecessary and unproductive. There are other ways to convey your feelings or frustrations and worry outside the spectrum of anger. We often ask you to converse with yourself, to check in. First access the body, are you in a state of tension? Are you wound up? If in this exploration you find tension, do not search for the cause, but begin to unwind physically. Follow the breath. Take deep breaths in, feel the power of the inhalation and the release of the exhalation. By shifting your attention to the breath, anger takes a step back. Then continue to the muscles, check the shoulders, the neck and release the tension that is held. You just drawing attention and deciding to release the tension is enough. This keeps the mind busy, so the story of anger can dissipate. If you can move the body in times of great anger it will dissipate, try to take a walk. Ask the earth if you may release your anger. The earth easily clears and transmutes this energy. Energy is energy to the earth and your acknowledgement of exchange and the relationship with the earth will please the earth. Ask, “will you accept this excess energy of mine?” and stomp away. Set off on a run or brisk walk and allow the energy to flow. Visualize with each step the energy flowing through the soles of your feet. It is that easy. You can even do this exchange while sitting, imagine the energy of anger flowing down into the earth. This is a conscious decision of release. What is the energy that replaces it? That, too, is up to you. Imagine a gentle, playful color filling you, your body saturated in color. Be creative. Then stop and check in. What is the breath doing? How are the muscles feeling? Anger can be constructive or destructive. Choose the avenue you wish to follow. Do not judge the anger or yourself in anger, just allow the energy to change. Use your tools to reflect back to yourself who you would rather be. Remind yourself that a natural state is gentle, peaceful. You are not the anger; you are not angry at a soul level. It is a physical state which can be altered, can be experimented with, played with. Challenge yourself to be an emotional shape shifter. Rule your emotions rather than allowing them to rule you. Watch for the contagion of anger if someone spars with you. Take a breath, do a diagnostic of the body and release some tension before you speak or before you add to the anger. Learn to read the responses of your body and manipulate them to benefit you. Anger can flare but can be extinguished also. By being aware and being an active participant in your anger, you will direct the anger as you see fit rather than the anger directing you. We hope you are not angry for all that has been said! That is a small joke to redirect the mind to humor, perhaps joy. It is that simple, a matter of distracting the mind to a place of greater joy. Play with your anger. What we mean by that is experiment and bend and manipulate anger so that you have an understanding of you as the creator. So, stomp, breath, distract your way to serenity. I asked this question after an interesting exchange while channeling. Anger is very prevalent in our society. It is good to have an outlet for some of the extra steam we create or absorb. Connections beyond what you normally determine a connection might be. You are connected to many physical objects, your home, car, and clothing. There are the connections you have to your possessions. Then you are connected to those who surround you, your family, friends, co-workers, pets and even plants - all living connections. Within these connections, all of you is involved; your physical self-interacts within the connections and pathways that touch others and connecting with all things. Then there are also emotional connections that span within the present but also reach forward and backward in time, connecting to energy fields. There are the spiritual connections that are broader in view, that can span further distances and see a more accurate, pure view of what you are connecting to at any given time. This is all happening consciously and also unconsciously. So, imagine yourself as a star, a celestial being that is a form of energy and as this energy is emitted, your light is given off and shines a great distance. This is a metaphor yet quite accurate to you. As an energetic being you are transmitting light, or energy, that is felt, but not seen in the spectrum of your vision. Imagine that Dear One, take a deep breath, feel the breath, bring yourself back into the body. Feel the life you are. Remind yourself that you are a physical being, alive and yet energetic in form. Then visualize the light you emit, the glow of you moving outward and touching that which surrounds you, all in connection. Then if you take this to the next step, begin to imagine every object, person, living and nonliving things, also emitting an energetic field, shining out into your world, into the universe. From our view it's quite a light show, a spectacular web of light that is connecting on so many levels, with so many different interactions. This is the unseen. You within your physical body can feel or might not feel these connections. Always the body is sending signals or prompts to remind you of these connections. You call it instinct or gut feeling, but your body is sensing connection and relaying it to you. In awareness you can act upon this information, So once again we bring you back to a place of awareness, of stopping to analyze and be open to all this information of connection. It is the difference of navigating your world with a map, or just blindly moving from place to place without any knowledge of where you are and where you are going. These connections are vital to you navigating the world. These connections tie you to and can restructure who you think or believe yourself to be. You are never an island, for even an island is connected to earth, is connected to the sea or water, to the sky. So, too, are you connected. While realizing these connections, breathe into this concept. Imagine this light, this energy, that is you sending the light over great distances, much like the stars do. You are sending out and powerfully you are also receiving back these energetic transmissions. There are many aspects to consider: what are you sending out? Are you allowing your true self to shine? Are you mixing love, compassion into your transmission, or are you sending out signals of leave me alone, of sadness, or of separation? Another aspect of connection is the web of support that is received. Can you imagine the strands of energy that bind you to the earth, to the trees, to your loved ones, all anchoring you, holding you. Be amazed by all the starlight you receive, that goes unnoticed. For just today, see if you can feel or imagine all these connections. If they are connections that feel light and full of love, expand upon them. If a connection feels heavy and unhealthy, shine light into it. Imagine a pure golden light traveling down this connection, this energetic strand, and balancing and harmonizing the connection. These many connections of life are like a blanket woven over you; warm, comfortable, and nurturing. See them as such and if not, visualize them as bright cords that only love can flow through. It is all an exercise of perspective, your perspective of your placement within the earth's rhythm. You are the creator of your perspective. Do it thoughtfully, do it while knowing and understanding the light you emit, the energetic star that you are. There is a great power when you create perspective, and the beliefs that you have. Use it wisely. Little stars, Dear Ones, emit your light and realize the beauty you are. When you think about the connections, we have it makes our time here on earth more meaningful, full of potential. we are not just existing we are connecting on every level all day and night. it is good to realize the way our life and perspectives are generated and shared kare 7/18/23 Dear Ones, What is it you wish to do today? What are your goals and objectives, what is on your to do list? Most mornings start with a mental tallying of what must be accomplished. Take a moment and think of the nature of these experiences within your day that you have set out to create. You can begin to visualize the outcomes and the results, before you have even completed the possible list. Then in the course of your day, some things are finished and removed from the list and others are recirculated to become prominent on the following day’s list, some things drop away in importance. We want you to categorize this list. How much of the list is for you, how much for others, how much do you enjoy? What percentage is duty? It does not have to be mathematically correct, just decipher what percentage is a task you will enjoy. Then think of the makeup of the tasks. Are they all for your physical side, grocery shopping, work, all the things that create a physical life. Is any of the percentage time for your emotional self, or spiritual self? Is any time given to freedom, is there any time to spend that is not accounted for? You are creating, manifesting your day with these lists. Be it ever so small or ever so large you are constructing the day you will live. So why not do it with purpose? Why not weave in a segment of time for freedom, or for time that contains you as the major driving force? The first step is to construct your day. There are times when you have a set schedule, but there is also time open to play within, time to reconstruct into something that will create joy in your life. Awareness is key. You are creating this day. Sure, unexpected situations will occur when your well thought out plan of action falls away and is no longer possible. Yet there are still many stolen minutes you can allow to occur that will promote a balanced harmony within your life. Let us say you are cooking dinner, can you take a few minutes to watch or listen to a pot boil, to the oil sizzle. Can you slow down to become present in the moment and use all your senses to be living this small moment of time? Let us say you are meeting someone. Take a moment to truly look at them, look into their eyes, reach out with interest, with earnest caring, and be present for that person. In the shower be aware of water pressure and temperature, notice the softness and scent of the soap. So many moments in the day escape you because you have already mentally moved forward into the next moment, chasing that list of to dos. Regularly take a moment to feel the heartbeat, feel the breath inhalation and exhalation. It is that simple to rearrange your day, to make you an active participant in your life. The mind desires to be busy at all times, so allow it to fill with the grandness of life. Allow the mind to stay in the moment of creating, in the moment of creation, which is now. By learning to keep drawing back to the present, to what is happening in the moment, the mind is then drawn away from worries and anxious thoughts of past problems and possible future problems. Your list of what must be done will change, by being in the present, in the now, you are no longer spinning your wheels in past circumstances or racing forward to the future you imagine, which probably will not occur. Small meditative moments, listening to a car on the road, hearing the wind in the trees; rearrange your day to become something you have power over. You are formulating what you choose to spend your time on. The choice is clear. Manage your day so it contains YOU! Be a reflection of who you are rather than or what others want you to be. Drawing yourself back to these small minutes of now will center you, will balance you so the next step you take, before you dash off, will be of value something you have consciously constructed and is reflective of where you would like to go. Make your to do lists with you within the equation. Ask yourself, “what will bring me back to the self I wish to become?” Meanwhile, remember to create small segments within your day to “smell the roses”, so to speak. Use your senses to pull you back into the present. This is a centering, a balancing, of mind, body and spirit. It is a place where all of you is present. Take a breath and structure your day, your life with love, for these are small gifts of time in the present, in the now, and are full of love. So often we miss all the beauty oof the day because we are so absorbed in thoughts that we get stuck in. I like the idea of pulling back and intentionally noticing the now. We are here to tell you there is no distance between us. As energetic beings our travel is quite different than yours. We can be here, there and everywhere quite quickly. You on the other hand, must propel yourself from place to place in a physical world. When we say this, we speak of the physical world and your physical bodies. This is not a surprise, yet what you might find is that the energetic you can travel at a much faster speed and be likewise here and there in an instant, which is surprising to many. Let us start with your dreamtime to explain. In these thought forms you can travel to different places other than where your body resides. You can also transverse time fields and be back into past situations. You can cross the field of the present timeline into the future (this is done less frequently) but it can and is done. You will wake from dreams and dismiss them, saying “Oh, I was only dreaming”. You have been conditioned to believe it is not a form or state of reality. Yet there is this place where dreams occur within you that are your reality whilst you are there. We ask you to decode or reflect on these dreams. They are part of your life, part of the time you are living in this life. Allow them space to tutor you and teach you about your wakeful self. They can be quite insightful. They can bring into your consciousness some fears that you need to confront or remind you of something of importance. These dreams may appear to be fragmented and disassociated with your wakeful self, but this state of sleep is a powerful place to sort through what is happening while awake. So now we move on to other thought forms while in a state of being awake. While you meditate or daydream, things pass easily through your thought patterns. These thoughts might seem like fantasy, these wandering thoughts that cycle while meditating or daydreaming. They are not digested or challenged as much as a thought that occurs while in normal day to day thinking. Again, we ask you to understand that they are as much of your life as when you're awake and in a conscious state of operating within your day. You have been trained that the fully awake mind operating within the present, is your life. We are here to tell you there is more. For in these, what you would call less than fully conscious moments, there is an opening. An opening to the larger you, the you that is fully expanded, that we have been acquainting you with for years. The physical, the emotional, the mind and the larger dimensions of you, your higher self, soul, spirit, whatever you wish to call it; the wholeness of you, complete. If you set the intention and place into your thoughts before meditating, before sleeping, or even before daydreaming, “I wish to connect to my higher self and those energies that are here to help me become more”, or any intention you contrive that feels right, then energetically you can begin to move as we do, through timelines and space. Energy is not constricted. It is, in essence, movement, so this is a tool you can use to discover more of you, to pull fragments of you together to make a whole. We consider a fragment as when you live only as a physical being without correspondence or communication to the higher self. So, we realize this is something that perhaps feels out of reach, but we tell you it is not. You are biologically created to be in wholeness. Be curious about these other states of thought that most of you have been taught to disregard. Dreams, daydreaming, thought patterns and ramblings of the meditative mind are as much your life and who you are, as a person who is balancing their checkbook, driving the car and cooking supper. Take the time to get to know all these segments of you and you will feel another piece of wholeness that will occur. In these spaces of what you considered disjointed thought, as dreams and daydreaming, we will meet you and converse. Put this intention into your day that all thoughts, all states have information and then be curious, be interested in you. Here is a simple way to connect. Follow the breath. Become the breath. Feel the breath slow the conscious thinking brain by being aware of nothing but the breath. Allow your thoughts to wander, there are no right or wrong thoughts. They are all just discoveries. Enjoy you, become interested in the you that is not always right before you. Then you can travel as we do, you can be elsewhere learning and living a fully whole life. Try it! Always there is something looming just in the distance that must be done, must be confronted. One experience occurs and from that, more musts and have-tos appear on your horizon. So, in each of these new lists of what must be done, there is a crossroads, a place where decisions are made. First this new activity must be acknowledged, then there is the deciding of the how and when you will begin to check off what must be done. This is the natural progression, acknowledgment, decision and then action. Each experience, each day is in flux, it is in motion. It is a dance being performed, perhaps in your peripheral vision or happening right before you. All these energies are swirling around you, they are shouting, “pick me, pick me”. It is your response that will set them and you into motion. So, there is an occurrence, then there is acknowledgment, then the deciding and an action. You might ask, “why does this matter?”. You might think yes, things happen, and we respond. Let us look at the total equation: Acknowledgment - that is of your doing. It is up to you to allow this experience to enter into your consciousness. Then there is the Deciding that is formulated by you. Action: again, this is a response within your control. So, there you are, present within all that is being created in your reality. That is three of the four-part equation. The first, is the Occurrence, that which propels you into acknowledgment, deciding and action, that is what is so variable, perhaps it is surprising or strange or unexplainable. This is the space we ask you to wonder about. When things occur, which are the pieces that you orchestrated, and which are the pieces that you cannot identify as your own? Take ownership of that which you created and then delve into acknowledgment, decisions and action. The more difficult experiences are those that you cannot find the thread that connects you to this experience, where you are in the soup of confusion, disbelief and denial. These are the places where your slowing, stopping even to acknowledge with love, and love of self, can begin a new series of responses and actions and outcomes. Again, it is the same song we sing. Perhaps there is a different tune or note. The notes and words vary, but the song is the same. Create, Dear Ones. Allow yourselves to be present in your lives. Stay awake in your waking hours by being present. You are choosing which experiences to acknowledge. Much of your daily interactions go by without you noticing. Choose wisely what to notice, what to acknowledge. Try to find new situations to acknowledge. It is as if there is a bakery case of different items to choose from. Some you will like, others you will not. Why do you go to the case each morning and choose the same doughnut or cream filled cannoli? The case is full, be adventurous, be brave. Choose something new to focus your attention upon. You are changing. Allow where you place your acknowledgment and subsequent actions to choose something new. That jelly doughnut you have taken day after day is not creating something outside of what you are used to. Perhaps it feels safe to choose again and again the same thing. The same thought patterns will follow the choice, and then after acknowledgment, you are just following your rule book, your preordained set of steps that you continually follow. This is a giant loop that brings more of the same toward you. You have the power to refuse to acknowledge one situation and choose another. This is not hiding or sticking your head in a hole. It is saying, “I have already acknowledged this situation. I have made decisions and created actions, and now I am finding a new set of circumstances to create actions for”. You know this, Dear Ones. You know when your mind has formed a groove that is so easily followed. It goes there whenever you are bored or not consciously choosing. These grooves are generally not of the happiest days of your life. On the contrary, they are a pathway to sadness. Become aware of these paths within your conscious thoughts and refrain from the constant beating down of the path, expanding the width and depth of these trails. For it is easy for the mind to play there and stay there. Is this what you desire? We will answer our own question, NO! Acknowledge different experiences, create new decisions and actions. This will begin to change the occurrences that you believe you are unable to create. Then the entire equation, occurrence, acknowledgment, decision and action, becomes yours. You are making new trails, new adventures, new creations. This is you. You are the creator if you will allow it. Regarding an "unwanted" experience, I'm not denying that it exists, but do I want to focus my attention there and sustain it in my life? Without even realizing what you are sending out into the world, you are consciously or unconsciously projecting you outward! Then, consciously or unconsciously, others are reacting to you. It might seem like a mystery, “why is my day progressing like this?”, or “today is an off day!” If you take the time to examine the “energy” you are sending forth, you might see why certain consequences occur. There is much more that is projected from you than simply hello. There is a facial expression you may or may not be aware of. There are many physical clues to your outlook at each moment that others around you are processing. These are the physical clues, and then there is “the vibe” that is sent out energetically. Humans have chosen to set increments in time to divide the here and now from what went before and what is yet to come. Today is a good day, or perhaps it is not. Each day has an ending, and then you might take the time to critique this day that you have just lived. So this day, these 24 hours, that you have chosen to divide as such, what have you decided about it and for it? As the morning starts, do you remind yourself that it is a new day, with new possibilities, where new experiences are to be lived? Or do you start your day in an endless loop of what has previously occurred? Are your first thoughts, “what is different about today?”, or “what can I open myself to today?”, or are your first thoughts upon waking, the rearranging of what has happened in the days preceding this new day? Neither is right or wrong, but it gives you a window into what you are projecting forward, what you are expecting, what you are creating in the now. What do you think of yourself? Take a moment to make a thumbnail sketch of you. Not your job, or family, your talents or your flaws, for that is what you do, not who you are. Who are you? Try to remove the doing and just explore the being. The things you accomplish, your resume of life, is a reflection of the you that is beneath that layer of the you held deeply within, the true self. This self is constant in every day. It shows up in all actions. So take a moment to examine this inner self. Ask yourself, "Who am I?" We can tell you what you are hardwired for, what you are born to be and we will hope you will find this to be true. So let us list what we see glowing within the very center of your physicality. There is an egg, so to speak, a beautiful center located beside the heart, yet somewhat below it, which holds the flame of you, the flame that creation has inserted in all of you, within you. In this luminous egg of creation are two ingredients, compassion and love. This is the connection between you and creation and one another. It is there, do not doubt it. So now we circle back to the days you have created to understand time and the passage of life. We ask you in each day to think of the egg within you, feel it, talk to it, nurture it. Imagine this beautiful egg within and create a color for it. It could change each day if you wish. Imagine the size and breadth of it. Greet it each day as you might a friend. This is the true you, Dear Ones. What you do, what you say, the good or even the bad, are actions, but they are not you. We ask you to explore this concept of you as so much more than what you do. Yes, there are only two things within each of you love and compassion. yes there are only two ingredients but both love and compassion are of infinite size. There are no measurements for them. They cannot be contained or reduced. So this is what we ask; a short meditation to practice within your day, perhaps at waking, or anywhere that you remember who you are within your day. Take a deep breath, fully expand your lungs and hold it for a few seconds. Then release it and start again. Take 3 of these deep restorative breaths and then in your mind’s eye, imagine the egg within you, located below the heart. Imagine its color, its size, its texture. Know that inside of it, is compassion and love, the inner you. Then allow it, once again in your mind’s eye, to project outward, the beautiful color of your inner egg, as if it is seeping outward, lighting up, glowing, growing , filling you. There is no time frame for this simple meditation, it can be as short or as long as you wish. What you are doing is calibrating your day. You are setting a dial to your true self, recognizing your connection to creation. This will be reflected in your experiences that follow. It is a self love expression. You are loving the you that is there. Perhaps each day will not be in total symmetry and reflective of this compassion and love that you are, but it is a starting place, a reminder. We are reminding you, you may struggle with this concept, for in some the egg is hidden, but it is there. It is waiting to be acknowledged, explored, understood. So, Dear Ones, nurture the little eggs of light that you all have, become what you are meant to become, be the love and compassion that exists within you. We see it. If you look for it, you will also. It is comforting to know that is within us all there is compassion and love whether we choose to access it or not, that is up to us. We draw to your attention, if you can imagine how hard it would be to look at each step, each foot placement on this tight wire, rather than looking forward with purpose and confidence, and with your tools, that long pole and your grippy slippers, looking outward and striding across that taut wire. This is much like life, if you come prepared with confidence and the self love to know you can walk this wire, and then despite the crowd below or others watching, you can gracefully walk to the point B that you wish to attain. So here we are with this image for you to examine, to compare to your daily life. We are asking you to prepare and to have confidence, then knowing you will succeed, and with love of self, not allow the bystanders to deter you. So in this parallel of life, what might those grippy slippers or long pole be? What gives you stability? What gives you the confidence to take that first step? Always it will be you. It will be you believing in yourself. So the slippers and the pole are helpful, but you in your knowing of who you are, is what safely propels you across that wire each day. So let us look at that together. Let us give you a view of the way we see you, and then you can add to it and enhance it and personalize it. What do we see as we gaze upon you all? Perhaps we will add feel, understand and enjoy upon looking at each and every one of you. First we see you as part of the whole, the entire earth you live upon, with so many connections and energetic bonds to one another and to everything within your world. And then, from there, there is more, outward to the universes, to the infinite places you are not even aware of. When we look carefully we can spot you among these greater combinations of energy in which you exist. What we see, or shall we say perceive, is like a flame, multicolored and fluid, moving within the whole of the universes of light, all connected, all interacting. Point A is where you start from, but point B does not need to be that taut wire with only one destination. Might you not put down your balance rod and just walk on the ground in any direction? Sometimes the wire you walk is easy and what you would like to do. But what if the tent was empty and there was no audience, and no one was watching? Would you go a different way? If there was no one watching or having expectations, what would you do? What are your expectations of you? Must you cross to B or maybe there is a C and D, a whole alphabet to journey to. We are just asking you to be aware of what you believe and have been taught and reminding you you could try different paths to point B. The balance pole to keep you steady is of importance and balance is what makes that journey across the tightrope simple, smooth and easy. We will speak of balance and confidence next month, but this month, we ask you to examine your tightrope, your point B, and decide if you wish to change your pattern, your daily walk. Each day it is deciding. It is not so much that you need to get to point B, or C, for you are always moving forward. Your frame of mind is where the differences occur. You feeling balanced, confident and excited about this movement forward changes everything. So imagine your day; does this tightrope of your day seem impossible? If so, imagine it shorter. Allow yourself to do less. It is your tightrope after all. Are there too many people watching, ready to applaud or boo? Disregard any excess. There is only really you who needs to enjoy that walk across the wire. Perhaps you can ask yourself if there is another way to get there today that you would find more peaceful and in harmony with you? Remember how we see you, with all your connections and your light in fluidity. How can you fail when you are so supported, when your brilliant light is moving, shaping itself to the air currents? So regain your confidence in the world and its many connections. All its bright light connecting, merging. Have confidence in you and that tightrope will just be a way to move forward with ease and joy. Be the only one in the tent. There are no expectations for the connections are already there. You are supported. Let the expectations drop away. Be you in your light, moving forward on your own terms. ------------------------------ I think the idea is to understand why we do things, are we so conscious of those that are watching we feel stuck and full of fear crossing our tightrope? I was thinking of two examples. You are making soup for someone who needs support, this is two different scenarios. 1. " I have to make this soup or everyone will think I don't care and it is expected of me." 2. " I feel so happy to be helping I feel a lightness and freedom in putting the love I feel into practice" I can really feel the difference between those two perceptions. Sapphire says, "your frame of mind is where the differences occur" I think that is how you change point B. kare 10/26/22 Dear Ones, Focus. What is focus as compared to that which is unfocused? Looking through the lens of a camera, one can focus in, remove the blur which makes seeing clearly impossible. Focus could also be a focusing in on a subject, removing all the peripheral distractions to find focus on one thing. Focus is harder to complete or implement if there are many distractions. This is about life in general, your life and the life of others, can you identify distractions and focus? Can you even find that which you wish to focus upon? How in your life do you categorize distraction, and what needs to be focused upon? Are you taking the time to pause between each question we have posed to answer them, or are you skipping quickly forward to glean the meaning of the questions, to get the message behind the message? These are all questions to discover your thought processes. So when you have a moment, take the time to answer these questions, perhaps even write them down. Not so much what you wish to focus upon, but what you are focusing upon and what you generally focus on. This gives you insights into who you are but also who you wish to become. What do you consider distraction and why are you being distracted? All of these things are happening simultaneously. It is as if you are standing at the ocean edge, and you see a beautiful shell or rock you wish to examine. As you bend to retrieve it, a giant wave advances. Then you have to decide to grab the shell and run, run without the shell, or grab and let the wave wash over you. You are making these decisions every moment of your day. Perhaps not as dramatic as our scenario. The first question to ask yourself is “is this shell or rock that I'm focusing on something that I really want or need?" That is the first question and the most important. Your focus is ever changing. It is quite fluid. Do not continue to focus on that which no longer is what you desire simply because it has become a habit. So perhaps you could ask yourself, “Where is this going?”. It is an exercise for the realignment of your focus. What is important one day could fall from importance the next. Identify these needs and continued interests that no longer are of true importance; for to focus on them is futile for they are no longer a path to contentment. Here is an exercise, or homework type of activity. Take a blank page and fold it in half. Write what you habitually focus upon on one side and on the other side, what you would like to focus upon. Once you get that all done, notice which things were difficult to determine which side of your paper that they belong on. When you have thought about that, cross out the heading on the top of the first column where you have written what you habitually focus on and write in large letters DISTRACTIONS. One way to identify the things/projects/people you should focus upon is if they create joy in your life. Distractions cause stress. When we ask you to do this exercise, we are not including day to day routines that keep your body functioning and those around you functioning. Those are considered life. Eating, bathing, cooking are not distractions, they are life and should be celebrated if done within the realm of balance, Ah, balance, that is a whole other message! We ask you to find activities to focus upon that you love and then zoom in, and also identifying all that you focus upon daily that you do not need to. Delete those and this will give you the time to do other things. So, Dear Ones, little camera lenses, find your subjects, focus and zoom! 9/22/22 Dear Ones, Questions, where do they arise from? What causes them to spring forth, questions that come forward into your consciousness to be answered? We are not speaking of questions such as, “Where are my keys?”. We are asking you to wonder at the larger questions that pop into your thoughts, such as “Why did I do that or say that, why is that the way it has to be, why do people do that, or why did that have to occur?” So many questions throughout your day; some are easily answered, some evade any plausible answer or an answer that satisfies. Questions can be so varied. The real question is “why has this been brought to my attention, why has this begun a train of thought to consider?”. We remind you to examine your questions with curiosity and wonder, for they are an indication of what is next, and what could be. They are arrows pointing in a direction you can choose to follow or ignore. We tell you, questioning the question is important. Let us say you have surprised yourself with something you have done or said. Then you ask yourself, “Where did that come from?”. Good question! Why did those words pop from your mouth? Why did you respond quickly without forethought to a situation? There are many times when repetition is what has happened. You have said or done the exact same thing before and your reflex mind, the mind that repeats and reacts in patterns of the past, sometimes in anger, sometimes in confusion, just blurts out an answer. However, there is also another layer, a thought process, you are not often aware of, the undercurrent of; the true self, external self, singing a soft song in the background. This is a song of compassion and love, encouragement. This song is playing, yet like all noise, you can choose to tune it out. Yet here it is again, popping forward with a question, with a word of wisdom for a friend, or kind deed occurring before you have even considered, rehearsed or decided to say or do this act. So here we are asking you to examine your questions to self and to others, and ask yourself where they are originating from. There is importance to this. For when you consider if your actions/deeds originate from your song, or from the past, then it can help you find your direction. It can be your true north. This direction of listening to your song is like a muscle wishing to be exercised. This listening to the questions that arise from your song will grow stronger. (Yes, you have a song, it is there, trust us on this). You will know your song if there is love, compassion, caring that you hear. The song is universal. There are different tempos, notes and tunes, but the basic song is the same. Your universe is like a giant tuning fork all vibrating with this song. To remember it, to listen for it, is the key. To have an awareness of if you are reacting from your song or from you’re over thinking repetitive mind, that is the question we ask. You will always know where the questions, the actions, the words originate from if you stop for even a moment to consider, “Where is this from? " What part of me now is humming my song or am I simply disregarding it?” You have an inner compass that will tell you, if you take a moment to ask. See, another question! Questions are wonderful tools to see and know, and to understand. We bring you back to the concept of your song. We ask you to listen in for it. As you begin to listen for it, this simple relaxation technique will help. Take a moment to sit down. Take five deep breaths, do not rush the breaths. Consider the breath, the simple act of air flowing into your body, nourishing you, feeding all your cells. Enjoy this beautiful intake of life affirming air. Consider this life force as you draw it deeply within you. Hold it, feeling the fullness of it, the gift of this fullness, of this nourishment. It is as important as eating, so breathe it in as you might eat a wonderful meal, or taste a piece of birthday cake. As you release this breath, sigh and allow, for now you are giving back. It is a give and take; the breath is a perfectly balanced exchange. Feel this exchange, allow it to flow through you, give and take, and share and accept. In these moments of slowing, of stillness, accept the conscious awareness of the breath and that the song is singing. You can perhaps feel the body relax into the breath and the song. Continue this small breathing technique until you feel the joy of the breath. Listen for your song, Dear One. Use your questions as an arrow on your map, pointing you in the direction of your song. Allow the music of you to be heard, for as you begin to hear, those around you will hear your song and they will listen and remember their song. So see, you are creating something just by listening. You are music! Sapphires Message 8/17/22 Dear Ones, hello from us, from the Universe and so much more. HELLO. Such a word of welcome, of curiosity, a word of potential, a space to begin. An invitation to seek the response of another. It is almost a question, what will follow, there are so many possibilities. Will this conversation be brief, will it endure and continue? What will this hello bring forth? What would change if, each day, as you awoke, you said, “Hello me!” Would you have time for you? Would you have a simple response with no reflection or thought? Could you say next, “How are you?” Would this restructure your day to have a moment with self in conversation? Just as in your conversation with others, it could be a response of pure politeness, a pre-rehearsed and easily forgotten conversation, or you might delve further and ask “how are you doing” and mean it. How are “we” doing, what is coming forward today? How do we wish to react to this set of circumstances? “How are you, really?” That is a great question for self, giving yourself space and time to get to know yourself, to center your thoughts and their power within your day, to realign your thoughts. Hello gives you some encouragement to begin a conversation. How are you helps to center and ground you. No time for long sad stories; time for a restructuring of thought. This little ritual of hello on your rising can say to self, “I care about you, I am interested”. There is living in the moment and being present. That is what is often strived for, yet that layer of interest, of caring for self, does not have to be sacrificed. This moment of Hello, you are asking the body (the glorious and smart, courageous physical you) and the higher self (the wise, loving, joyful you) to join you in conversation. A conversation of the total you. It does not have to be a knock your socks off, “I spoke to myself” conversation. It is just a moment, a pause, to open a dialogue and see where it goes. Then rearrange your thoughts, prod and push them until they are in alignment with who you are, where you want to go, You will find that a simple Hello can open up new possibilities. We have recommended Hello in the morning, but this greeting is appropriate at all junctures of your day. Hello, just saying hi, to check in on any thoughts, if there are thoughts! That is our simple attempt at humor. You are always somewhere with your thoughts, but where are they going? To slow and find time to say hello and consider a conversation with self can reroute your whole day. It can redirect an action that you are directing, that you are choosing. It is a place of Hello, what are these runaway thoughts? Let's have a conversation, let’s redirect our thoughts, our emotions and actions. The “our” in this case is the all of you, the physical, the mind and the true self or soul, whatever you care to call your eternal self. So Hello. Will you find the time to say hello? Do you enjoy yourself and your own company enough to spend a moment in conversation? These snippets of conversations, these little forays into a polite “how are you”, can bring forth a change. Your thoughts, and where they lead, we have spent much time on. Now we wish to engage you in the awareness of your actions. The thoughts are the first step in creation of journeys, but the ACTION, the doing is what will create the next thoughts and thus, the next actions. Quite simply, the thoughts are the catalyst to your emotions and to how you react to your world, what you place in your day for others to see and for you to live through. This is why thoughts and training the mind to go where you would like is so important. Thoughts can be as simple and necessary as hunger and deciding what to eat. Thoughts can be as complex as I am angry at something or someone and this is how I will react. It is a self perpetuating system, one leads to the other. What we are asking you to do in this process is to add a segment of time, a gap between them. Spend a moment assessing the importance of the thought, the validity of the thought and even the outcome of the thought. This should be done before the action. How many times have you said something before thinking about it that would have been better left unsaid, or said differently? How often have you jumped into action and regretted it? We ask you to slow down. We ask you to feel into the situation to assess the body. What is it telling you about this situation? Are you tense or relaxed? What are all the aspects of the situation telling you? This will help you from falling into the same responses, the same reactions, to your thoughts. It will open up new avenues of thought and outcomes. Of course there are always experiences which require fast action, but in most day to day situations, slowing down just a bit will save you endless time later. A life that reflects a you in which you can rely upon yourself to take a moment to consider, to either step back or move forward, will create a space to experience new responses, new thoughts, new actions. It will bring back some of the wonder and curiosity of the time when, as a child, you saw all things through fresh eyes, where the world held beauty and wonder, for you were ready to enjoy its newness. You can create this newness, this wonder again, by slowing down and taking a moment to allow a new thought to occur. In your day there is much repetition, but each repetitive conversation or response has the potential to be changed. Then that change creates an entire cascade of new experiences. We ask you, when things feel uncomfortable, when you are not where you would like to be, to stop and decide where you are on the wheel of the cycle. Are you in the thought process or are you in the action phase? Then remind yourself that the next thought or the next action will set about the beginning of the following action or thought. This is the place where as you are feeling into where you are, and what you are doing, things can begin the change that you wish. So we are asking you to slow, to not mull over or wallow in, but simply to give that gap, that small increment of time, to take the clue your body is giving you and to give a moment for your higher self to add input. Thoughts = action = thoughts, and so on. Do not be in this cycle without awareness, for then you are riding a horse without reins or a saddle, for that matter. Consider your thoughts and actions. Are they a series of stock pictures or are you taking new pictures? You don’t need a pre-recorded TV show. You would benefit from something new so make it happen! -Sapphires Message 6/12/22 Dear Ones, Thoughtful one, thinking one, we salute you. All that thinking is so much work! Even in your sleep, the mind marches on, sorting, sequencing, throwing out some ideas or thoughts and stashing other thoughts, filing them in with folders of similar thoughts. So you wonder where am I in this whole process, if my mind marches forward, yet I feel a tug toward another direction, another belief or understanding? “How do I begin to walk the dog versus the dog walking me”? This Is a quote referencing our last message to you. The dog is a simple metaphor for the mind. Simply considering there is more to you than the mind opens up pathways to change. To state and believe there is more to you than your thoughts will open up endless possibilities. You are your thoughts to a degree but thoughts are easily directed and changed, as easy as you might change your clothes! Awareness is key, when discovering that your thoughts are not you, and that they are just a process to help you to become the true you. As you learn to channel your thoughts, directing where you wish them to go, you become someone new to yourself and to others. The frequency of the energy you project changes, you change. Picture the mind as a road map. With all different roads, some are super highways, some are small back roads. Some of your thoughts return again and again to travel the same path, thus making a super four lane highway. To become aware is as if you’re on a rotary going around and around, deciding which way to go. Letting your thoughts go down a familiar highway is easy. Your thoughts can flow without you even consciously considering where you are going and why. To try a new road is something you must be more present for, more involved with. It is more challenging. Think now and, perhaps even write down, a few of your major highways. Oftentimes these are the negative aspects of your life. They could be anything, from work, to love, to what you eat. You will quickly recognize your super highways. Then decide to try to take back roads for a change. When those super highway thoughts begin, before that moment when you put on the cruise and just allow the same thoughts that you have had many times to begin, try to find a way to redirect. For there is more of you to discover, more of you to get to know, there is MORE. Ask yourself, “why do my thoughts keep returning to this, and is it productive to me finding a more peaceful me”? Then do a reset. Look with curiosity at the world, a cloud, an apple, your book; anything to draw the thoughts away from that ramp to your superhighway. When new thoughts originate from curiosity, there is the excitement of something new. Then you can explore a new thought, jiggle the thought, ask yourself how your best friend or loved one would view the thought? What would they think? What would creation think of this thought? Or be silly, how would my dog or cat view this pattern of thoughts? What would an infant think about this pattern of thought? Make yourself laugh. Lighten up, for these repetitive thoughts tend to get more and more dark as they are revisited. These new thoughts, where do they come from? From your curiosity? From out there? They already exist, you just need to listen to them and turn down the volume on prerecorded, recycled thoughts so that they become less prominent. They are last season’s style of clothes. Try on some new designs, be as stylish as you wish. Don’t put your directional on for that super highway. Find a less traveled road. Your life will become more playful, more interesting to you and to others. So here’s your homework. Look at your roadmaps, make note of those paths most traveled and consider changing them. Put on a new outfit, get in your car and go. Imagine yourself in a new car, with new clothes, a new road. How exciting! You are choosing. We have spoken before about choosing your thoughts, and deciding between your thoughts. Now we wish to remind you of your power to create thoughts, and in so doing, creating the offspring of new thoughts, and then new attitudes and actions. Action changes your life and redirects you. Creation, is creating when large full words which are full of potential, and full of possibilities are used. To create thoughts, versus just having thoughts which are passing through you and then deciding which to focus upon, is quite different. To create a thoughts does not mean fabricating untruth or making up scenarios that are not reality based (although this is more common that you might believe). Creating thought and thus creating your life is quite different. It is gleaning from your processes which thoughts, which information, to focus upon. There is more to you than the thinking self. There are many ways to begin or create a thought. Your body is receiving information from your physical world, your consciousness is receiving information from the higher self, and from the collective consciousness. All this is happening before an actual thought is formed. It happens before you decide that the information streaming in is worth thinking about. Let us point out the times you are so singularly focused upon something that there is no active thought taking place. Examples of this are when you meditate and lose track of time or if you are engaged in something so interesting, like painting a picture, or looking for shells, anything that will create space, and quiet in the brain. This state is often called being present, it is a state of doing rather than of thinking. This is the place of creative thought where new thoughts originate. The old recycled thoughts pop in to say, “don’t forget about me”, hopping about like puppies wishing attention. So, to create your thoughts, there has to be lack of thought. Ha - we know that is a thinker in itself! Remember, we are not saying thinking is a negative state, or bad, it is just not where creating resides. So you ask, “where and how do I get to this place of non thinking creativity”? It is a place of grace, and each person has their own triggers and prompts that place them in this position of non thinking. When you immerse yourself in something you love, you edge closer to creating your thoughts. Examine your days and consider where you “lose” yourself, when you say, “where did the time go”? Perhaps you were gardening, walking, playing a game. Always you are thinking; there is really not a complete non-thinking state, for the mind is always active. But we use the term non-thinking for a state of peace, a place where you are allowing to be in the present. We are asking you to consider this, and to carve out time in your busy schedule, to engage in these activities. For being present is where creativity occurs and new thoughts originate. Remember you choose as these thoughts come forth. If you consider your life, your reality, it is a composite of thoughts. That is why each human is living a distinctly different life, and if you compared everyone's “reality”, they would differ! So here’s where we remind you that your thoughts, which are a type of energy, bring forth your reality. So cherish them, choose them wisely, and place yourself in places where you being present in a non-thinking state creates you in all your infinite possibilities. So now we ask you, consider all this. Think about it! Allow the all of you to think about it, not just thinking through recycled thoughts, allow it to flow through you and reach for it when you have choices to make. Ask yourself, “what am I creating, what am I telling others about me, what thoughts am I sharing and making part of my reality”? Do some house cleaning, throw out some of the old thoughts that no longer create possibility and create new ones! Be aware if you are walking the dog, or if you the dog is walking you! That is our little joke we will leave with you. If your thoughts are off on a rampage, or down in an abyss, or stuck in one circuit, ask yourself, “is the dog walking me?” it is just a metaphor for you, for allowing your thoughts to control where you go instead of you choosing where they go. ---------- I that like the metaphor of the dog walking. I'm sure sometimes it is a very big dog that is pulling you along and sometimes just a tiny dog but it is good to be aware if you are guiding and deciding where you thoughts lead you. This is the flow state where we're open to the many possibilities and potentials we desire.' Sapphires Message 4/12/22 Hello Dear Ones, We have come today as always, to remind you of what you have forgotten! For there is collective amnesia among you. We have not forgotten (for we have no brain). The brain is a complex, plastic moldable organ, its job is to prioritize all the information it gleans from the body, from all the processing systems of you. There is so much information from your physical world, from your physical body, from your larger self, often called the soul or higher self, and of course from others, there is so much information to process sometimes the brain chooses to focus on previous information rather than new information. So much information, so little time. The brain must choose, and decide what is important. Your systems of operation are constructed to keep you safe, you are hardwired to respond to that which might harm you. Yet there are times where this response is not necessary, where you could expand your thoughts and ideas outside the perimeter of fear, worry, unease. In these moments it is important to train or herd your thoughts and the mind into a place of quiet, a place of serenity. All the rehash, mulling and dredging needs to be sidestepped. The circle of thoughts you are traveling can be broken. Awareness of where the thoughts are going is key. The mind is not one single thought process. Have you not ever argued with yourself, actually formed a debate club composed completely of just one, you! The mind can process opposite thoughts and decide. You wonder, "Shall I worry about what I believe is this persistent problem, or can I expand my thoughts to consider new possibilities and thus am reminding myself to choose". You are not a puppy on a leash, you are able to go where you wish with your thoughts! Once the thoughts change, the direction of life changes. Now you can prioritize differently and then the changes can occur. Begin to work on awareness, perhaps set a timer for 15 minutes. When it goes off, check on your thoughts. What is happening within them? Are they productive or are they restrictive? Then nudge them away from what you do not desire, redirect your thoughts to the present. Perhaps consider something you are grateful for now. This will redirect and upset the pattern of circular thoughts that are circulating through your mind and thus creating your present situation, all without your total awareness!. Check in with yourself. Hold a debate club meeting. Do I wish to mire myself down in this thought pattern or move on? Remember so much information is coming in and you are choosing what to focus upon. Be more aware of what you are choosing. It is not choosing you. Once you remember to choose, there will be more and more moments of grace, of serenity. If you need a quick reset, ground yourself with the loving energy of the earth. Sit on your porch, care for a house plant, look at the sky, reflect upon the great mystery of nature and its amazing and complete patterns. This is a reset. You feel it after a walk or a swim, gazing out the window, or feeling the sun upon you. You do not have to wait for it to happen by chance. You can choose to reset. Remember, Dear Ones, remember there is no leash and you are not a puppy! Its like when you are driving the car and all of sudden you think, wait where am I even going, I'm not paying attention at all! Sometimes you are just lost in thought! Sapphires Message Sapphire’s Message 3/9/22 Dear Ones, Those in conflict, and those considering the conflict within, within your world and thus within you, we speak to. Conflict, a word that stirs many feelings, many physical responses. A word born of that which is unbalanced. To understand unbalance and conflict, one must first consider balance. Balance is that which you are able to through softness and awareness create a space of contentment. Unbalance, on the contrary produces discontent, anxiety and sometimes aggression against one another and even self. Yet here we are with our definition, and we are not the dictionary. We are only describing these aspects of the words so there can be understanding and likeness between us. This likeness and sameness between us is always present or these words would hold no interest to you. Yet we strive to delineate and clarify your meanings with our meanings of these common words. If your world is in conflict, boundaries and borders contested, division and discriminations are highlighted, unbalance is created. To step away from the simple fact of sameness and likeness within all things energetic, this has a note of unbalance within it. To draw lines, to find difference so much so that the human traits of empathy, and love are removed creates unbalance. For awareness of likeness and sameness is present in many. The unbalance and the conflict is created by few. Find yourselves among the majority of those who feel and know likeness, empathy to those unknown in a personal way. Let their stories be known to you, so you can place yourself in the their shoes, and even in their coats and hats. Imagine their flights, their hurt and sadness. That connection and sameness is not seen by the few that orchestrate unbalance. We are saying to have an awareness of the many who find sameness in those who speak differently and live elsewhere. Place yourselves firmly in the camp of those who wish for balance. Remember there are only the few that are truly unbalanced. Remind yourself of all those who create balance everyday in the face of unbalance. Love those across all borders who are actively seeking peace, and balance each day, for they are in a place of sameness. Consider your actions, your thoughts and words to others who are seeking sameness. Imagine that see-saw from your youth, a simple plank that tips up and down depending upon the weight it holds. You may have views that are quite different, on opposite sides and yet the see saw will balance up and down creating a rhythm. You can be in balance with opposing views, if there is understanding of the spark of likeness that is within all human beings. Some have lost sight of the concept of mankind within sameness, within bonds of likeness. You looking for and searching for these threads of likeness within different states, cultures and countries will create a balance on the see saw. Search for this within yourself, within others. Create balance with what you believe, what you share with others, and allow this to grow. Mankind, you have the skills to create balance. Look for it, nourish it, grow it until it is all you can see and then live within it. ---------------------- I asked Sapphire to shed some light, on the recent conflict in the world. Elizabeth Sapphires Message 2/9/22 Dear Ones, Connected, connection to your world or earth? Both really. The earth, being the physical presence of the ground you walk upon and everything that inhabits this wonderful vibrant sphere of life. Your world has a more personal connotation. It is all that you perceive, what you believe exists in your orbit, in your life and in others. Take a moment to think about the earth, what are your feelings, thoughts? Once you have gathered your thoughts, what is one word you feel for the earth? Is it love, is it worry, is it nurture? You choose. Then, once again, take a moment to consider the world. Does this feel separate, does it feel different, than the earth? Do you feel love, or confusion, or worry? These exercises are an insight into your thinking patterns. There is a beauty to thinking patterns, and that is that they are ever changing. You can change them! You might say, my little grandchild, my family, my work or home are my whole world, or you might say a hobby you have is your whole world. That is saying to yourself, “this aspect of my life is creating happiness within me”. On the flip side, you might say the world as I perceive it is out of balance, people seem disassociated from one another. These are two possible views. Language can be used many ways. These are conversations and the language that you have everyday, conversations with self. You deciding you. Then you have conversations with others. It is you saying this is who I am, this is what have I decided my world looks like and who I am within it. We are asking you to listen to these conversations you have with others and the thought threads that stream through your consciousness throughout the day. Do you like what you are hearing? Do you feel comfort and stability from what you have decided? Remember, all thoughts can be changed. More importantly, when thoughts change, your world begins to change. You are like a projector, you are creating a movie, a documentary you believe, to project outward for others to see. What is your movie? Is it a love story, a Shakespearian play, a tragedy? So many to choose from. We are asking you to be the director of this movie. Rather than just projecting reruns, create something new. Think about the type of movie you would like to watch and then create it. You being awake to your thoughts and your participation in what you believe the world to be is you moving forward into the director chair instead of just buying a ticket to watch the show. Find the things you love, what inspires you, and make it your world. Share this world with others and watch the changes. Little directors, each and every one of you, fill your movies with love and what you love. Sapphire's Message 1/7/22 Dear Ones, Sweet humans on a planet filled with life. This word life, has so much fullness, so much potential, a ripeness that spills outward into the universe. There are many forms of life on the planet earth in a physical existence, moving in the rhythms of the planet. One life connects to another and so on and so on. There is so much connection. There is an impossibility of isolation. Yet there is within the human mind of many a feeling that they are alone and isolated. There is no way for a being to be physically isolated for they could not survive. There is a connectivity between every physical process, that you need to flourish, whether it is eating, breathing, keeping warm, even the biodynamics of your body is a flourishing system of many. Spiritually you are never alone, as we have said. The “all” of you is always available and full of a myriad of connections. So that leaves us with the emotional thinking you. It is possible to allow a point of view of isolation to come forward into your thinking and once there, you can nurture it and encourage it to grow! We are asking you to release this mindset and instead look to all the connections that do exist. You are here on a planet where all things are connected. Your physical world is in a constant state of impacting everything within your world. You cannot fulfill any aspect of your life without impact and connection. You cannot eat a peach, buy a new coat, fill your car with gas, without connection. There is not one activity available that is solitary, that you can do without the help of others. It could be a human, or the rain, the sunshine that warms you, it is all connection. We ask you to see your lives through these connections, to expand outward in your thinking and trace some of these connections within your days. When you do this it creates a level playing field for life, for other people, other animals and life forms. To allow this web of connection to become apparent is a type of release from you believing you must be all, do all. There is a safety, a soft spot to rest within this connection. This view heightens your emotional health and balance, for you are not alone isolated and reliant upon only yourself. There are your many precious connections to humans, to people within your orbit. If they are feeling strained and perhaps even non-existent, we ask you to plot out the connections within your life to see the many ways that you are part of the whole. All are needed by all. To become fragmented and separated from one another, from the earth, from the sky and sea, is a place that in reality cannot exist. It could never sustain itself. So begin exploring connections, look for connection. From the simplest of connections, consider a cup of tea or coffee, how many of your connections were necessary to create this cup of nourishment? All the aspects of the earth, sunshine, rain, soil dynamics, and then those who nurtured and picked the coffee or tea, the store where it was bought, the car that drove you there. These connections, you wonder make a difference how? If you begin to recognize connections within your physical world, your thinking mind will begin to see them in all things. Perhaps with that neighbor who has an alternate view of the world, or family member you do not agree with. When you are looking for connection, it is a form of practicing grace, and this grace begins to flow, grow and envelop you in connection and grace. Strip away the cloak you have wrapped yourself in that says “isolated” with big letters on it and place a thought in your head, in your heart, of connection. Look softly upon the world and understand your relationships to it with love. Go outside, plant your feet upon your earth and feel your connection. Look upon someone that you feel different from, or angry at, and feel the connection that exists, for it is there. It is everywhere, you are never alone. This message keeps cycling around, when I reread it after channeling it, it did seem like a familiar topic. Then I realized this reminder of connection was soothing and just what I needed. Eliazabeth Sapphires Message 10/20/21 Dear Ones, You that are reading this thinking, “Might I be able to find understanding of self, of the world, and those living within it?" For those are the questions that exist; to understand, to acknowledge and with compassion, accept. Perhaps that sounds inactive, or resigned to what there is to accept. Yet it is the direct opposite, for by simply framing the question, the direction of your movements are altered. If there are no questions, no invitation to consider, then the projectile of your movement forward into who you are becoming is unchanging. There are those who do not question, which is fine, but questions from the heart propel change. A question from the heart, what is that? It is a curiosity, a what if, an opening of potential, a wiggle left or a wiggle right that will change your perspective, your view of what is. So where to begin? Let us say there is an aspect in your life you do not understand and are confused by. That is the first step, recognizing you wish things to be different. Then rather than mapping out exactly what you would wish, or deciding upon a different scenario or outcome, allow the discomfort of what is, as you examine it. Then from this space of knowing, a knowing that just by these reflective thoughts change is occurring you are beginning something new. Now is the time to create new actions, new habits, to propel the change you wish. Focus more on the you that is living in the present. Are you saying the same things to self and others? Are you doing exactly the same routines? These are some questions to be curious about. What is in your past, and the previous responses to your outward world that is a easy quick way to respond to your world. Trying another method, a new conversation, is a creativity that will allow change. Let us say there may be a relationship in your life that creates disharmony for you. Probably that person is continuing to respond to you in the same way because you are saying the same refrain over and over. There needs to be a new song, a new tune, new words. You will need more time to create this new narrative. Your default conversations are no longer having the outcome you desire, so change them. This works in tandem with our previous message to try a new way of listening, to have better understanding of the underlying message. You, too, have an underlying conversation. If your mouth is speaking the same old refrain, this new song is not heard. It is within you. You just must stop shouting the same old thoughts, ideas, so it can be heard. This is where change occurs, not in the noise of what was, but in the silence of now. Have faith in yourself, in your creativity, in the grand potential you possess. To listen to another fully is a gift to you and the speaker. Likewise to listen to you is a gift to all parties. So, once again, we urge to take a breath, a conscious deep breath, and consider and create a new refrain. Be aware of your default conversations with self and the world. Then try to think of new possibilities, new ways to communicate you. You do not need to see the end of the road or the final destination. You need to enjoy the road as traveled. Your rearview mirror is helpful, but not when you are only gazing at it and not forward. So, in your conversations, breathe and begin anew. You are new each day. The day is new, treat it as so. Small, incremental changes create large lasting change that creates a platform from where the next change occurs. Listen to yourself and then create the conversations, the relationships you wish. SAPPHIRE Listening to myself.....and then trusting this new refrain or perspective is what I am working on. I often know what I want to say but then need the courage to say it. It is fun to have new conversations rather than the same ones over and over. Just start with your inner dialog and switch things up a bit kare 9/7/21 Dear Ones, Tall, short, fair to middling. It is an expression used to acknowledge the differences between you, the variety and uniqueness of each and of all. These differences that are physical is what was spoken of in our last message. Now we wish to speak of the differences that occur in the thinking self. For we have pointed out all the ways on the planet you celebrate and accept difference. Whether it is from a flower, a sunset, a pet, differences are considered natural and quite normal. So we point out that perhaps within the human, the physical differences that you are so aware of are really an excuse or subconscious way to approve or disapprove of concepts held within the thinking self. Oftentimes these differences of color, religion or nationality are clues for you to quickly access what you believe the thinking self will believe, what you will stand for or stand against. You may see a bit of the person and then create an entire story or reality around this person that may or may not exist. You may meet a person and because of how they look, quickly assess who the person is, and what their thinking self believes. We are pointing this out because your world is rushed and there are so many distractions. Your time is very valuable to you. Shortcuts are taken, assumption is the rule. We are alerting you to the fact that time could be shuffled, more time could be allotted and found for less assumption and more knowing. The act of listening is a skill, it is an opening of self to another, a softening of indifference, a key to the other. To listen is to honor self and those you are learning about. To listen, with no agenda, with no question poised for the next moment that it can be interjected, is a gift to all. We ask you to sharpen your listening skills. To listen, and then if there is that which is not understood, continue to listen, to seek an understanding. For many differences are not different at all. They are just words, sequenced and put together to sound different. So much of that which is said by one, is mirrored by another, but both feel only the difference. The differences are magnified. They are looked for and then enlarged. If you began a conversation with the intention to find sameness, threads that weave and bind a different conversation would be born. So often conversations have been pre-rehearsed, and pre-planned by the mind. There can be no outcome other than what you expect. Then you congratulate yourself and say, “I knew it!”. That is not the knowing that brings a comfortable place to listen within. Your thinking self is ready for conflict and difference before either party has spoken. So what is there to do? We ask you to experiment, to start meaningful conversations with listening, with an uncluttered and open listening ear, heart and mind. We ask you to balance difference with sameness, to substitute compassion for anger. Within your pre-conversations, we ask you to be less inventive, less rigid, in what you expect your response will be and the response of who you are communicating with. Do not do an historical research project on what was said previously, just allow communication to begin now, in the present. For you have changed, as has the other. Change is inevitable, change is constant, but not if you have placed the past in your thinking mind and created your world around it. Being aware of your conversations, both between another and the internal conversations (what you are saying to you), is an important step to really listening, to learning and to understanding. As always, an aware self is better than a self which is controlled by habits and assumptions. So get out your Q-tips, clean out those ears, and listen. Refrain from using crayons to color each word that is spoken with what you assume and believe rather than with what is. Whether it is a loved one, a newscaster, a neighbor, open your ears and heart and search for sameness. Search for the spark within you of sameness that exists within all. SAPPHIRE This exercise of listening is really difficult! Which I guess says something about me. I always thought I was a good listener but I realize I was listening for what I believed should be. An example of this is the conversation between vaccinated and unvaccinated people it can cause a real divide and anger. In the last conversation I was listening to and instead of being boiling mad, I heard despite the words that were being said, " I am afraid, I don't like this world I am living in and the new rules Covid has placed on society. " then I thought, in that my friend there is no difference between us. kare 8/14/21 Dear Ones, Sweet humans, people of color, those that are tan, brown, black, and beige, we call you to look upon yourselves, to see the shades of color that exist. Then we ask you to go out into your landscape. We ask you to look upon the trees, the shrubs, the plants. We ask you to look at the differences of tone, and the shades of green, perhaps a mixture of yellow and green, or blue and green, deep dark green. Is it not a thing of beauty? Now, imagine this landscape or garden and it is now all one tone, one shade, no depth of color, no lightness, all the same identical color. It is hard to do, is this view that you have created in your mind is it pleasing to you? Even a forest planted with all the same species begins to be populated by vines and grasses, understory trees that diversify, and may we add that will beautify the forest. It is the same with all the systems of the earth. Imagine a seashore where each rock or grain of sand, the shells and birds are all the same color and tone. Does this please you? Imagine your little canine friends or any pet. Imagine a world in which each dog looks like the other, where their bark sounds exactly alike, their fur is the same as your neighbor’s little dog, and even more startling, they all act the same. The little quirks and bits of personality you love so much are exactly the same in each and every other dog in the world. All these new worlds that you have imagined in your mind is not something you would wish to have in your reality. We point this out to remind you to not expect or look for physical sameness in much of your world. Differences are considered and understood in much of your lives, yet within the human arena, you are quick to sort and look for biological differences, cultural differences, and political differences. You are always looking to spot differences. We are not saying this is bad, for it is how the human was designed. In the past these differences were how you grouped and sorted for a tribe to stay alive, to live in a pack. This is changing, Dear Ones. Many hold on to sorting and dividing. We ask you to be conscious of this sort and divide. We do not see you in the same way. From an energetic perspective, we see your color, your vibration, your frequency. We do not sort and group. Yet these colors of energy do attract. Just let that thought settle. These colors of light that you are, for you are an energy, you burn fuel to create energy (this is a simplistic explanation of you) these colors can match. All colors are beautiful and all the colors of you will go together, but some will find more peace and enjoyment together. So we ask you to look and sort by this, by the pull and push of the energetic person. Ask, “does this person bring me joy and bring out the best parts of me?”. Do not look for difference. Look for likeness that exist within all. Celebrate and find beauty in all the colors and tones of those around you. Then look out at the landscape of mankind and see the beauty of all the differences. If you find yourself sorting and grouping, imagine the bleakness of a forest or seashore which is completely the same. Open yourself up to the possibilities of seeing ( which although unseen can be felt) humankind as energetic colors, diverse and full of beauty. The process of this will create a comradeship that can only bring balance to you and your citizens, the people of the world. Changing you, changing what you see, will change the world! 7/12/21 Dear Ones, STOP for a minute, do not read further. Just take a breath. We hope it was a deep breath. We wonder if you have found yourself within that minute, within the breath. We ask you if it felt like it was a very long minute, or very quick? Perhaps you proceeded reading without the pause, without the breath? This is you responding to life. Did you feel as though you were rushed and that you were wasting time? Were you glad to relax for a moment and just breathe? Was there curiosity, a wondering why we would ask you to pause, or was there aggravation, for perhaps you have other things to do, you have a timetable! These are all acceptable responses to our request. For that is what it is, simply a request. We want you to become aware of your space within time. To understand your conscious and unconscious response to time, to you slowing for even a minute. Now we ask it again, now that you are aware of the why of it. So try it once again, no time limit this time. Just breathe fully, be the breath, feel the breath, be full of breath. Fill your lungs and feel the expansion, and empty them and feel the release. This small exercise is a window into you. It helps you to understand your level of compression and decompression. You wonder exactly what does that mean? There are so many times in your day and night where you would benefit from a small, short decompression. That is a moment in time where you release your physical tension, and your emotions balance and you register the you that you live within. “The you that you live within” - how odd. You might ask yourself, “what is the meaning of this phrase”? We are asking you to come back to yourself, to your balanced self for a minute. No galloping off to the future with worry or plans, and no sprinting backwards to the past with judgements and what ifs. This checking in with you helps to decompress the compression that occurs when the thinking mind is not in the present and the present is nowhere to be found. When you are in this hyper state of worry, brought about by propelling yourself into the future or reliving past memories, this puts your body under stress. This is why we ask you to pull back, and through the breath, to remind yourself that you are here now. Are you registering this present you? Your comfort level with this simple exercise tells you much about you. You learning you! That is always our goal. Do you feel like you deserve to spend a moment just checking in with you? You probably would spend a moment with a friend or family. You would help them and never question this time used. So we ask you, “why can you not do the same for yourself”? You feel you cannot “waste” time on yourself, but that is your purpose; to find the you within your daily routines and moments. For once you do, then you can create what you desire. But this is done with consciousness, and with you deciding. Remote controls are convenient, but sometimes it is better to get up and change the channel yourself. Take a breath, slow and become aware of the body. Look at your thoughts. Where are you - past or future? Pull yourself into the present. Then from a place of balance, you can visit the future and you can plan. Standing on the solid ground of the present in a place of quiet decompression can help you formulate the future, a road map rather than just random wanderings. So breathe, Dear Ones. Think about your response to taking the time to breathe and recalibrate, decompress. There is no judgement, just you checking in on yourself, honoring yourself with love and kindness. So decompress, Dear Ones, and then move forward from there. 6/26/21Dear Ones, Here we stand together on a pinnacle. What does that mean? What is triggered by that image? Think about the “we” first. Who do you see standing together? This is not meant to put too much thought into. It is meant to have impressions jump out at you and you acknowledge them. So in the first thought of who is with you, before you think who should be with me, who must be with me, who is standing beside you? Jot it down. Then what is the landscape, what image is occurring within this first impression? Are you on solid ground, or are you perched haphazardly on a shaky foundation? Just think of your initial thoughts. This gives you insight into your mindset. It sheds light upon your inner subconscious. The important word or phrase here is mindset, for your mindset might need recalibration. To have the subconscious mindset revealed gives you tools to reset, to form a new mindset, better suited to your true self’s yearning. This is just one example of a tool you can use to reset your thinking self. Pay attention to these first thoughts, these impressions. They often are not factual or they are only part of reality, but they are clues into why you behave or misbehave the way you do, it is how you process your experiences. They are neither good nor bad, they are simply insightful. Watch out for these first thoughts. They help you decide and funnel the following thoughts and thus your reality in any given moment. For after these first thoughts, this is where these impressions can be molded, can be changed and recreated. The difference is now you are creating from this space of observance and awareness rather than being a bystander, letting your thoughts occur without your active participation. Instead of saying, “this happened to me”, you could say “I created something unexpected, something that feels right”. So let us say from our first example, your first impression of who you were standing with as “we” made you uncomfortable. Ask yourself why is that my default? What group or who would make me feel supported? Maybe there is a space within that group for someone new? Perhaps you can open your circle to new experiences and people to fill that gap? We are just asking you to be you with awareness. It is within your capacity to bend, mold and recreate your thoughts, even your first thoughts that seem to spring from nowhere. If you harness this insight, and these many clues to why you react, overreact, or under react to situations, people, and your world, you will have the power to create what you want. If you feel unsure, breathe, then change the second thought after you identify the first. The second thought can change the first reaction to the way it has always been before. This flash of information that occurs when something in your life unfolds can be reconfigured. That initial process of thoughts do not have to continue, you can reform them. Remember they are your thoughts to do with as you wish. Such freedom and creativity can occur if you are aware. Each thought process can be changed. There does not have to be a thought, another thought, repeat. No, instead, thought, excitement to create, power to create, to become. You deciding who you wish to be. Sometimes our minds are working so fast we don't have time to recognize these first knee jerk thoughts but they are what set us in motion and what propels us to the next action or inaction. Just slowing and considering our thoughts and asking ourselves is that the direction I want to go, really can change things. Sometimes those first thoughts are embarrassing and it is good to recognize that also because that is probably what you have been taught and not how you really want to be. kare 4/22/21 April Message Dear Ones, There has been a lull in your activity because of the worldwide disease. Your interactions have been curtailed, in some cases, completely curtailed. You have had to recreate your patterns, your time sequences, to create a different type of life. You had to slow and recalibrate your days. Some of you flourished in this slower pace; some struggled, fought and resented the change. Consider now which was it for you; reflection and quiet, or anger and discontent? There is no judgement in either, both are correct, depending upon who you believe yourself to be. This response that bubbled to the surface of your consciousness tells you more about yourself. You have read another chapter of your book, this main character (you) has revealed themselves some more. So now use this time wisely to integrate what you liked about your response, and what you did not like in this period of change. Always this goal is to peel back the layers, all the perceptions you have of yourself as a main character, and to begin to find the center, the essence of the true you. Part of this reflection of the last year plus is to see how you adapted to the change in habits and patterns that were placed upon you. There is also a second part that we ask you now to consider. As the world reopens, you are now at a different place in time. You have this perspective of what you gained and what you lost from being in a more isolated world, of spending time with you, and with those closest to you. Now is the time to sit quietly and allow your rushing and responsibilities to drop away for a few minutes. Let your thinking mind dissolve. Breathe, relax, let go of all those to dos, imagine this new life you can create. Make this chapter of your book as beautiful as you can imagine. Write the chapter before you read it. Do not consider what you “think” is possible, what you believe will happen. Write this chapter as an author creates a story. Make it exactly the way you would like it to be. That puts energy in motion, that puts possibilities into play. Energy attracts energy. Get out your paper and pens and write it down. Solidify this new frequency of you. It does not have to be complex. It could be a simple announcement that you are now living your life in love. Something like, “I live my life with full expectation that I will find love within myself to love others fully”. Simple, yet often overlooked. There are so many ways to write this next chapter. It is up to you. You are setting energy in motion, you are unleashing the power of you. Use this time wisely. Do not just funnel back to what was. This is an amazing opportunity to recreate your habits, patterns, your thinking self. Now is the time for more of you to show up, more of the you that is you, without all the heavy expectation of others weighing you down. If you have trouble deciding who this new improved you is, ask yourself “what am I afraid of?” There are no failures in this exercise. You are setting energy in motion. There is a deep knowing within you that knows exactly how to write this chapter. Take the time to allow, to quiet, to let go, and it will seep forward and you will know it. It will create something amazing, for it will unleash you, it will allow you to become, to evolve into an integrated self. Physical and spiritual listening to one another, team mates in this revision of you. What an amazing opportunity. Step out to the ledge and dare yourself to look at the expansive landscape before you. You have hiked up the hill to this extraordinary viewing place, so take the time to look out, to see the whole view, and create that. From this vista, this perspective, think about the beauty that is you, then live it and be true to it.

Youthful we judge this as state of, allow us say, maturity (at the risk of you finding offense in our comment). Maturity in the timeline of your humanity, of your collective knowledge and your learning within your environment, and also of your relationships and of you knowing you You might think, “oh no, I am immature.” No, Dear Ones, you are youthful. Youth holds so many pathways to old age, so many opportunities and so much energy. What a beautiful place in your timeline. Possibilities, free will, and the energy and vigor to make these possibilities occur. There are different timelines. The individual timeline, which entails you encapsulated within this single lifetime, you growing from infant to sage. There is also your external timeline, your energy which is recreated over and over but never destroyed. You may call this your soul, spirit, or essence. Humans have found many words for this you. Let us call it spirit, for within that word you can feel the energy of you. When we call it soul you can feel the humanity, the compassion of you. When you might call it essence there is the part that never changes, that is so connected to source that it is ever changing and in that aspect unchangeable. That is another topic for later. So choose for yourself what name fits. They are interchangeable depending on what you are feeling. There is another timeline. The many experiences that have occurred and your spirit/soul/essence have accumulated. Then there is also the timeline of the human race, the timeline of the creation of beings with the capacity to feel empathy, compassion, love and also hatred, sadness, emotion. So, Dear Ones, that is why we consider you youthful! You are just starting out, some are further along than others. Some of you still have your little diapers on, some are riding tricycles and some are learning to drive. You all are youthful, it is something to celebrate. We stated you have freedom. You might be thinking, “are you kidding, there is a pandemic. I have to go to work and right now I am hungry and have to cook supper”. Yes, this is all true. Here is the difference, in the freedom we see. You can choose how to spend time, your time during a pandemic. Breathe into it. Do you have more time at home to consider yourself, consider your patterns? You can choose which work you do, although you often believe you are in a cage where someone has thrown away the key. Not true. You are choosing the work you do. You also decide what to cook or what to eat. This is the very simplest narration and description of what free will is. We are asking you to pay attention to the decisions you make within your day, even if they feel confining or something you must do. There is still a component of free will and freedom involved. So again we say youthful and free. How does that feel to you? Is it a mantle you can wake up in the morning and put on? As you rise from your sleepy beds, could you say to yourself, “I am young and free”. Let us say, can you imagine the changes this simple acknowledgement would make in your day? Throughout your day you could be forgiving of your perceptions of where you have not succeeded, where you feel you have let yourself down. You might say, “Ah yes, I am evolving, I am gaining maturity, I am learning”. This is the compassion you would feel toward a child or teenager. Well, that is you. Give yourself permission to allow yourself, to try again without reproval. Then there is freedom. Recognize each step and decision you make that will influence your life. As you decide these freedoms ask yourself, “is this decision giving me a sense of freedom or a feeling of constriction? Is this a daily habit or an aspect of my life where I can allow my freedom to shine?” Take a deep breath. Breathe fully into your lungs. Relax your muscles. We often ask you to breathe. To breathe in a conscious way with awareness. That singular action is a freedom. Now after several deep breaths, imagine now a nudge, a change to your perception of who you are and where you are on your timeline. What possibilities can now occur? Can you allow yourself to make mistakes and move on knowing you are growing, maturing, learning? Can you recognize your freedom within your learning? You choose, Dear Ones, you choose your opinion of you. Do it wisely, do it with love and compassion. Pat yourself upon your little heads and say to yourself, “good job, keep going”. As a child you sometimes want to rush things to grow up in a hurry. Then a an adult you think i should have enjoyed being a child more. Maybe that is how i should view life now, and not be in a gigantic rush to get where ever it is I think I am going. Accept myself, knowing that i am maturing whether it is spiritually, physically or whatever, Strive to be the best I can be while being content in the place that I am in. kare

2/10/21 Dear Ones, We have spoken of division and sorting and in this frame of reference, we likened it to your relationships within the human race as a whole. We asked you to look at the way you divide yourself from the whole. Now we will open up more possibilities. For in these ah-ha moments, where you become aware of habits and patterns, it creates a shift. They create a shift even if you don’t “work” on this new idea, for now it is there within your consciousness, whether you agree or disagree. So in this space of recognition that something new is brought into awareness, change occurs, perhaps very subtly, perhaps more pronounced. We ask you to keep this knowing of the sorting and division that occurs in the world, and to be aware of its impact for it serves no one. Now there is another piece, one that is a bit more fun and playful in nature. It is a knowing which once unearthed there will be less resistance to and more curiosity. The division that in the past has been created in the guise of strengthening oneself, a group or clan, spills out into all that inhabits everything that resides within the earth. From a science perspective, there is sameness amongst all things, for they are all made up of cells, molecules and atoms. There are only so many of these components on the earth. Yet the variation is quite staggering. The basic building blocks of life and also what you might consider inert material, is sameness. All living within the earth, on the earth and of the earth have different combinations of the same basic components. There is basic sameness and reliance upon one another to supply what is needed for life and quite frankly, for what you consider non-life. So consider a molecule of water, think of the places it has been, where it has traveled, where it has combined or separated from other elements. Then as you snack upon that fruit that it is contained within, it becomes part of you! This is just one example of how connected humans are to all things of the earth. Right now would not be the time to say all things of the earth are also of the stars and of the universe! No, that is a topic for another day. So now we have a homework assignment for you. We ask you to pick an object, any object. It can be something outside or inside. It does not matter for there is sameness in everything. At first this exercise is done best with something “living”, yet even a glass of water will do. So begin with the breath, breathe deeply, fully into your lungs, become aware of the breath. Take these soothing, cleansing breaths and feel the body’s response, the quieting of the mind. Then look at the object you have decided upon. Can you see sameness there? Yes, you may laugh at the stretching the mind must do to identify it. This should be fun. Perhaps that plant has components of the same water you have sipped today. That crystal or rock has a mineral that your cells use as basic building block. Your pets, children have even more variations and arrangements similar to your own. These searching of sameness, of likeness and sharing are soothing, they are grounding. “Why?”, you ask. Because it is connection, it is belonging, it is the strength in numbers, rather than the misconceived notion that strength comes only from independence and self. This is how division occurs, when you do not identify yourself as part of the larger whole. Part of the massive wholeness that surrounds you. So now in this time when division and sorting is being replaced by connection and belonging, we ask you to recognize this in all things in your world. It will bring you to a place of belonging, of acceptance and joy. The separation of being alone and the sadness that arises if you think strength comes only from within, is replaced by a strength which is intricately tied to all and everything. You are part of the whole. So have fun with this exercise. Take a walk and say “hi” to everything you see, feel your sameness, your belonging. You are partners in this great oneness of the earth. Let it comfort you, cradle you. Let it be a friend to you. You, in wholeness and connecting. See you as we do! I was thinking of the periodic table and how everything is made up of these chemicals. Then when considering the diversity of everything on the earth all having these basic building blocks, it is pretty amazing. It is fun to take a walk and look at everything as just a variation or different mix of sameness. I think it is fine to classify, this is a plant this is an animal. When we judge each item in a hierarchy of value that is what Sapphire is helping us to see. We have been taught we are the stewards of the earth, when really we are the earth, an expression of the earth and its components. kare January 2021 Message 1/12/21 Sapphire, I don’t feel as though people are coming together, it feels like the opposite. How do we know tribalism is ending? Dear Ones, have we not said tribalism will try to grasp and cling and refuse to be moved? It is an ancient mechanism for the division and the sorting of human beings by other human beings. It is like a very bad habit. It must be first identified as a habit which is not conductive to happiness or expansion. Once it is seen and identified, then it is incrementally removed. There is slip sliding forward, a bit back, but always forward. The earth inhabitants have now identified the problem or habit. They are slipping and sliding back and forth with a knowing that the habit must change. Connection will occur, differences will fade. Consciousness begins. There are those that the habit feels so comfortable (in the most uncomfortable of ways), that although they are aware of its destructive aspects, they hang on tighter to it. What has been up to now the way that they sort and divide, and in error they believe bring themselves to a place of higher standing than those they have relegated to a lower position than themselves, is fading. This sorting is being examined by many and deemed unacceptable. This is the slide forward. Yes, there might be a little backward movement from the few that feel they have the most to “lose”. Yes, we tell you that this period of transition is one of movement, action and, at times, confusion. That is the awareness that the “habit” of sorting and dividing humans is coming into focus. It is being reviewed by many where before it was not seen. This does cause turbulence. "So what is next", you ask "and when is this over?" As this “habit” or mindset is examined, explored, each and every one must decide what they wish to expand into and what they wish to release. Take a moment, take a deep breath, and allow the body to open, to release tension. Take several of these breaths and imagine a world where all are not sorted and divided by skin color, language, culture, religious beliefs of lack of. What does that feel like? What if the sorting was done by this person likes to read, so do I. This person likes to take walks or cooks, they likes jokes that I find funny. Yes, here is another person of such interest because they like to skate and collect stamps, unlike me. Much of the differences occur when division is perceived, when one feels less than. Then the acting out brings stress, anger and more division. For you see, the very act of sorting will place people in a space where they will rebel. Then they look for others who are similar, to belong to, to assure themselves they are right. Which is actually creating more division and smaller groups. You must cast your net further, you must include everyone in a net of connection. It will feel odd, and at odds with your thinking, as all habits do as they are being broken. We are here as cheerleaders, watching and cheering as you sweep away the differences that are no longer viable. These differences occur within all things but the value and determination of what is important is changing. Begin by recognizing where you sort and divide. Then gently wash away those habits and that thinking. Remind yourself of this negative aspect when the habit comes forward, be aware of your sorting, your grouping and dividing. Then deem them unnecessary. Mankind is poised in the unique position now to change. It is happening, embrace it. It will not demote you and elevate others, all will rise in unity. Search for this unity. Look for it and be understanding of the slip and slide. It is all forward movement. 11/14/20 Sapphire, how do we overcome the differences that divide us? Dear Ones, some differences seem immense, they may seem like the oceans that separate continents, one cannot even see to the other side. Yet there are the universal truths, the place of balance and harmony that exist when truth is realized. Perceptions preconceived and manufactured can distort and cloud these truths. So much is decided by what you decide to embrace, to process and then believe. Always choosing, always considering, “How does this fit into the world as I believe it exists?” If it does not fit, then it is beat and molded to fit! Sometimes certain beliefs and thought patterns no longer have room on your earth. All are struggling now with trying to make square pegs fit into round holes and round pegs into square holes. This causes division, this necessity to make the world and others fit into your idea of how things should be. Now is the time to examine what you believe, and decide if this belief brings you closer to the world you wish to live in, and that all that inhabit the earth would wish to live within. That is what is missing, a spirit of camaraderie, a feeling of unity. A team spirit is needed at this point in time. If you look at teams, they must work together. They must recognize each other as players with strengths and weaknesses and then play the game for the benefit of all players. A single player will not win a game. Often times you pick the players in your game to look like you, to sound like you. You surround yourself with those that reflect what you believe. Now is the time to go beyond that, open yourself to difference and listen, play, shuffle a little closer and allow them to shuffle a little closer to you with your conversations, with your playing of the game of life. For there are so many aspects of life that all agree upon. There is a universal need for love, acceptance, for family, for food and shelter. The basics are the same within all. Start there, find some semblance of likeness of a commonality between you, and gently explore this bond. Remember even those which you love may feel the burden of difference at this time. It is up to you to find the sameness and move on from there. This is not weakness, it is strength. Strength is understanding oneself enough and having the confidence in yourself that you do not have to bend others to your will. Lead by being you, lead by example, lead by love. What does that look like? It looks like strength and helps to create unity. Our definition of strength is softness and understanding. It is a space of curiosity and progressive thinking. It is a place of movement and discovery. If things are “just the way it is”, think again. Maybe these laws and rules you have placed upon yourself are outdated. Maybe a sidestep is better than forward. Maybe you don’t need to prove your point or completely agree. Look at others and find the commonality that exists there. The world has exhausted its tribalism ideology. It needs to create something new. It is creating something new, yet tribalism is not going quietly. Be aware of this in your actions. Ask yourself “Am I a team player or am I sitting in the bleachers yelling out?” What am I saying, if this is so? Watch your words, Dear Ones, consider what you say and what you have believed. Does it bring you closer to the world you wish to create or does it bring you back to a world of tribalism and division? Open yourself to new possibilities. Remember the love you have for those around you, minus the differences. It is a step, a process for all have rights and wrongs within their thinking mind. Time to decide what you want to embrace and what you want to release. Differences are never more important than likeness. Look at your relationships with fresh eyes and allow them to evolve with curiosity and love. Time for Team Earth, a team working together, celebrating their differences and making some goals. Choose your words and thoughts wisely, in the spirit of creating a working, winning team for all. 9/15/20 October Message: Dear Ones, here we are again with our monthly message. It is a passage of time we record. You have many of these milestones, markers of your days, birthdays, anniversaries, and holidays. These are how you calculate where you are as compared to where you have been. Time is a touchstone for you to decide if something is worth doing, and this often depends on how long you have been endeavoring to accomplish a task. It is also with that which you do not desire, you consider the time factor and become remorseful that the situation is not different, perhaps you feel things are taking too long? You gauge your life on time. Something may not be worth doing because it takes too long, other things drop away from your perception because they are fleeting in their presence. Yet what if we told you time has no real impact, that what matters is the building of your relationships. Time is only a gauge, it is not the air pressure in the tire! Relationships are what should be focused upon, and time really has no value. Relationships are very varied. Which is the first relationship you might think of? Perhaps it is to a person or pet in your life? This is a large relationship, yet there are many others. There is a relationship involved in every component of your life. There is the relationship you have to food, sleep, even to where you live. How have you decided what your relationship is with each aspect of your life? Which relationships please you, which do not? We tell you to spend time reviewing your relationships (there is time again lurking), including the relationship with yourself. Do you approve of you, do you disapprove of any aspect of you? You are here on this earth to have relationships to your earth, to the animals living within its systems. Yet if you put everything in a time frame to consider, its true value you could be missing, the very you that moves you forward, could be missing. Forward, to where, you might wonder? Forward to a place where you within relationship to your outward and inward world are in harmony. We ask you to remove time from the equation. Time will just confuse your objectives. If time has no meaning, how does that change things? If relationships to all your actions, lack of action, and the systems occurring around you are all that count, how does that change your “to do list”? Let us say you wake up in the morning, you have a long list of “to do” chores. What is your relationship to these choices; your work, the people you will interact with? These are the things we ask you to consider without putting a time constriction upon it, or placing a limit on the amount of time it should take. Some relationships do not have an ending or a final product. This is just a different way to look at your world. Perhaps you say this has gone on too long. I cannot tolerate it one more minute. Well, what is your relationship with that aspect of your life? How can you harmonize and balance it? Not the entire situation, just you within the situation. So take a deep breath, let it flow through you, there are endless possibilities in your day, which do not have to be completed or be finished. A relationship is always evolving, always becoming something new and different. Place your attention upon relationships instead of time and see the changes this creates. Time functions so that a relationship can prosper, so you can join friends at dinner or get to the dentist on time. It is not an indication of your success or worth. Only relationships can do that. What is your relationship with time!? That is a relationship to balance and harmonize. Sapphire’s Message September 2020 September 10, 2020 Dear Ones, lovely ones, happy ones, bereft ones, mourning ones, so many emotions to grasp upon. A blueprint for who you believe yourself to be. Angry one, sad one, neglected or under appreciated, do you identify with any of these descriptions? Have you said to yourself, “Ah, yes, they are talking to me!!” Choose one word, a descriptive word to describe you, now in this time; not what you were when you were a child, or in the past, but now. Think about you navigating your world as you see it now. So many words to choose from, and there will be so many, but what word comes forth first, what word presents itself? Find this word, then read on. So here you are with your word, and we admit that we have ensnared you, playfully of course! For now this there is one word you identify with, now you say “I am this”. This is the power of the mind. This is the entrapment of becoming your thoughts. We show you this to remind you of your power to influence your life, to remind you of your contribution to your day and its outcome. Meanwhile, we remind you that there are many facets, levels and understandings of you. There is never just one word or description. So why would you focus on one emotion or one feeling and let it become the all of you? So now we ask you to expand your description of you, only do it as a loving sister or brother, as a friend. What would they say? How would they encourage you, how would they search out and see all the lovely aspects of you? Take a moment from this view and once again describe yourself. Has it changed, have you just grown in size and become more than you previously thought? We have asked you many questions, and now we will tell you what we know of you. We see you from the larger perspective, from the place of the eagle’s eye view, the total picture, the whole landscape instead of just the what the ant sees upon the ground. We see the breadth and width of you, we see the depth and the shallows. We are here to tell you that you are more. Everytime you become bound up and entrapped by a single feeling or emotion, know there is more! Anger, sadness, loneliness; all become quite encompassing. The lighter energies, and emotions, alway come in tandem; happiness often arrives with a peaceful response or contentment. The lighter emotions never spiral down, to become singularly a thought process they expand rather than constrict. Likewise, anger builds until it is self perpetuating, as does sadness and fear. So look at these words carefully and choose which ones you identify with. They are more than simple descriptions, for you will start to identify with them, then you spread them from person to person. Your anger, your fear, you share these emotions. This is not the natural state of you, so be aware of these emotions. These words you use within your life, step back and once again find the more expansive words and descriptions, that take in the entire landscape and then move on from there. Always it is you choosing you. Choosing who you want to be, whether it is what you believe you want or not. Watch carefully, what do you portray yourself as? Take time to breathe, to ground, to inhale the very essence of the earth, of sunshine, and the rain. Feel the wind and joy of the earth. Earth recognizes all the powerful aspects of itself, you as a citizen of the earth reflect this. Be all that you can be, allow each emotion, each description, to wash through you, never sticking, never becoming this one thing. Continue on exploring the vastness of you. August 9, 2020 Dear Ones, You are here within a moment at this present time, collectively holding your breath, waiting, and watching. There is a great stillness in this movement. As when an animal in the woods senses danger, it stops, and listens, so it can determine where the danger is coming from and which way to run. This is the human race now poised, waiting, unsure. Yet there are so many more who are forward responding, searching for answers, examining their movements, and the very basics of their daily life. There is a redefining of patterns, thought processes and the prioritizing of what has value. So in this moment of stillness, what are you about, what are you doing? Take a deep breath, inhale fully, and allow yourself the space to examine what you are changing, and what is staying the same. What has new importance and what has fallen away? Take your time, be still, breathe, and as an observer, a casual bystander, see yourself and your response to these changes in your life. There is no judgement nor reprimands, just observation. Reflect on this small exercise throughout your day. When you have drawn up a picture, an idea of your responses, new patterns and your skill sets to move you through these times, then you are ready. You are ready to orchestrate a change, a different response, and a new pattern set in motion by this you who has the power always, to change you. By knowing you, by understanding you, you become friends, able to guide your thinking actions with love, with knowing, to a response more vibrationally in tune with the true you. This is a common theme which we remind you of. Get to know yourself, speak kindly to yourself. Allow all the presently fragmented parts of you to become whole. How is this done? With love, love of self. Perhaps you wish to do things differently, or wish you could respond in another way? You are at this point now in the forest listening, waiting, so there is an increment in time within you that the joining of your thinking and feeling,and the knowing self can become one. Then you will have a road map, a plan to move forward and create that which you want. It is who you know you are but have not fully realized as of yet. So in this time, where there seems to be isolation and removal from society, there are the many parts of you that can be joined. You will never feel alone if you connect to this higher self, the integrated self. Reach out to you, your fullness, your wholeness. Treat each part of you with love, respect and joy happy to have found one another. So now take a deep breath, quiet the mind, feel the life as it courses through your physical body, feel the temperature of the air, hear what is surrounding you. Use all your senses to come into the physical body aware. This is one aspect of you, shower it with Love. Then in this place, allow your emotions to wash over you, accept them, honor them, they are part of you. Then release them. Sit quietly in the breath, feeling the wholeness of you. The connection of you on this planet, you are supported and surrounded by the earth, the universe. Feel this connection, the loving embrace of earth, of the universe, of you with its many complex beautiful aspects. Never alone, never forgotten. You are loved dear ones, recognize and move from this space, your next movements, patterns, new beginnings, start from a place of wholeness. Then see what you create. Beauty! Sapphire’s Message July 2020 What is the “new normal”? Dear Ones, The new normal! How could such a thing exist? How could a “new” normal arise from a change, from a new routine and opening into a different consciousness. Normal does not occur in a set function, in a concrete manual of rules and possibilities. No, let us tell you, there is no normal. Always there is a new, always you, as a being, are creating what is new. Do not stymie your actions, your routines, with this idea that is normal now so this is now my reality. No! You are simply traveling along on an unexplored route, a trip that you have not mapped out and charted, but that does not mean you can not look at the compass and consider, “Oh, I am going west, I think instead I will try east!” You have choices, you are still steering your boat down the river. Just because you don’t know what is upstream, that does not mean you have let go of the rudder to steer, or turn of the engine. Consider this, Dear Ones, at each change in the scenery as your boat moves along, do you lament and cry out, I like the scenery where I came from better, do you drop anchor and try to paddle upstream to where you were before? Would it not be better to state, “I have hit some turbulence here, if I keep going, I’m sure calmer waters are ahead”. Dear Ones, put on your life vest and go forward in a knowing that you have the power to create a smooth journey. Again, we draw you back to your thoughts, to your worry and fears, do not allow these road blocks, these boulders and rapids in the river of your journey to capsize you, for that is what worry and fear are. Take moments in your day to slow, to stop overthinking, lamenting and fighting against the current, and float along in curiosity to the next bend in the river. This is our point, moving, always moving, ebb and flow, you choose the lens to see through and what you wish to concentrate and deliberate upon. There is much talk of silver linings in the trials that you perceive. That is because they exist, they shine through your confusion, your worry and fears. These silver linings can be your “new normal”. They are not fixed, normal is not stagnant and cast in stone. They are shifting, the clouds are opening and more light is shining through. Find these rays of sunshine, these beams of light, through the clouds and steer your boat in that direction. Remember you have those journeying with you, you have other boats and water craft traveling side by side with you. They are feeling your confidence, your skill at creating. They will see you following the path of least resistance, resting in the sunbeams of your silver linings and they will do likewise. So we say to you, as we always do, you are more than you believe, step into your knowing, into the greater whole of you and create. Your reality is based on your perceptions. Your perceptions are felt and registered by those around you, and by the earth and sky, by everything. What do you wish to project? Do not moor your boat in thick weeds and muck for from there you can not continue to see what is next with a curiosity and a sense of adventure. Find your silver linings and breath these in, incorporate them into your life. Reflect them out into your world. You are no longer in the same place you were yesterday or 10 minutes ago, but this is always the equation of the earth, of your existence. Embrace the changing scenery, find the beauty in your minutes, in your days, and float past that which you wish to replace with new experiences. Know this, Dear Ones, there is no normal. Open yourselves to possibilities, create your scenery, your speed and where you stop to enjoy the view and when you will continue along your way. This is you, the creator of your story, the character in your journey. What will you write in your diary, in your journal each day? We see your many opportunities to bask in the silver linings. Do you? April 2020 Sapphire, what next? What should we do? Dear Ones, what is it you believe now? Take a deep breath, breathe into your entire body, then release that breath. Make these breaths as long, deep and full as you can. Concentrate on the breath, on the filling of the lungs. Now, how do you feel? Does the breath, the grounding force of breathing, consciously create a space of slowing and becoming part of you, aware of you again. Dear Ones, understand fear. Fear separates you from yourself, from your intuition, from your belonging. It is the great separator. Fear is real, it is a state of mind, a state within the body that overrides the higher self’s ability to communicate with you. Now at this time of change, of new directions which causes unease, fear steps forward to further separate you from one another, from your dreams, from you knowings and from the true you. Fear can have a purpose. If a lion is chasing you, or you are about to eat something rotten, it is a valid response, a knowing in its true form. Fear does not have a purpose when it is inflated and padded and increased with “what if” or “why”. When you become fearful, ask yourself these questions; is this fear I am feeling based on past experiences? Is it based on what I imagine the future might be? If fear is generated from past or possible future scenarios, let it go. Breathe into the fear, then release it in the exhalation. If your fear is present right now from something that is in the present, then it is the time to take action. We will tell you a very low percentage of fear is in the present and happening now. Dear Ones, fear is primal, it is catching amongst you. It is not good for your mind, body or soul. When you are fearful, acknowledge the fear and breathe, take a deep cleansing breath to relax the body, then dissect the fear; is this past or future fears? If it is present fear, again breath, allow your entire self to take action, with knowing. We ask you, Dear Ones, to trust yourselves, to understand you are in charge of your thoughts and emotions and fears. We tell you to reach out and connect with those around you, spread your true self instead of fear. Delight in the wind, sun, the night sky, for they are still here, as they have always been. There is much to cling to that is consistent and known, a comfort in the changing world. Does an orange still taste like an orange? Does your favorite sweater still feel comfortable? Does the voice of a loved one still cheer you? These are consistent, these are your anchors to chase away fear. There is so much in your life that is steady, that is known. Breathe this in. Upheaval and change can bring forth fear, but what if, instead of focusing on this fear, you found consistency in the threads and patterns of your life, if you looked for these comforts in your daily routines, that still exist. Fear will paralyze your curiosity. Curiosity will help you to discover new routines and new perspectives, this balance will bring you forward toward a place of comfort. Harness your fear and worry and decide to only respond that which is in the now. Do not allow the what ifs to create a you that is powerless and unbalanced. Breathe, Dear One. Taste your oranges, feel the wind, connect, and allow. Most of your fear is unsubstantiated and can be swept away. Have faith in you. Breathe. What can you tell us about COVID-19, Sapphire? Dear ones, a leveling of the playing field, a change in perspective, this is the reaction to a disease. The radical ideas will spring forth, division and isolation will occur, and yet, in duality, the opposite will occur. There will be a knowing that there is sameness, you, your neighbor are the same, are susceptible to the disease. Here again duality raises its head, and you, with your free will, with the right to choose your reaction to a situation, can choose. Do you wish to divide, blame and stand alone, or do you wish to realize that full potential of the human race to work together as a great force of nature to defeat a disease created by man, with potential to be destroyed by man? These are the simple choices. There is the view of the hardships that this disease creates within the life of the individual, which we might add is quite pertinent and overwhelming. But there is the broader perspective, there is a more far seeing view, how can humanity, as a society, create change and stop the virus? Remember the key is connection, connection of every personal level to self, to ease your fear and worry. You are eternal; you can tap into this stress buster, to calm the system. Keep the physical body well, eat well, sleep well, destress! Breathe, do not overwhelm the body with fight or flight chemicals. This doesn’t strengthen the immune system. Social distancing is physical separation, not social distancing. Stay close, stay connected with your connections even if you are unable to physically be with others. Humanity, mankind, at this time in history has the unique situation to connect, to have knowledge of the entire world through your media. It can be a great resource to harness the knowledge of one another, to harness the love of one another, and become a humanity that is connected and in so doing, so able to support the whole of humanity. We tell you isolation is not the key, for there are many ways to connect, to support one another without the physical bond that is usually part of your daily interactions. How society and humans react to this disease will lengthen or shorten its life for it does not belong here on earth. It was not created by the natural world, by the earth. It was set into motion by man so now man must work together to defeat it. Choose your thoughts and deeds wisely, for history will record the response of mankind to this human problem. The disease tells us you are all sameness. There is no difference between the cultural, ethnic, and differences in skin color. Every human looks the same to the virus. Your strength lays in recognizing this sameness. Understanding those who wish to unite, to strengthen humanity’s bond will find success. We have told you again and again about connection, connection to all things, people, to your earth. Take deep breath dear ones, feel this connection and then allow your reaction to reflect this perspective. Strengthen the body with the connection of love and sharing and then realize the potential of a unified society, a connected humanity. It is your choice, as in all things. How will you view these happenings? Will you disconnect and go it alone or will you connect and all the strength of all to go forth? We ask you only to look at your reactions and understand them as a choice. You may say I am only one, but the collective consciousness, the great body of energetic thought that binds and is an energy of itself, exists within your world. What do you want this consciousness to consist of; hatred, blame, division or unity and compassion? Monitor your thoughts, your thinking, for as we have said, this affects your physical. It affects all. Monitor your thoughts, your worries, and your feelings. Choose what you wish to create. You are not alone and never will be. The universe is too full of connection. Breathe dear ones. Take care of yourself. Take care of others with compassion of connection, be it physical or otherwise. Breathe. All is well. Sapphire’s Message February 2020 Is There More of YOU? Welcome Dear Ones, Welcome to the second piece of you. The physical piece the living breathing aspect of you, was the first piece. Hopefully you have been engaging in a conversation with your body, and this has helped you to realize the potential of a relationship, of a partnership between who you believe yourself to be (the mind) and a more integrated and complete you. So for the second part of you we wish to introduce you to is your higher self. There are many names, tags for this eternal you. When you hear the word eternal, what does it stir within you, what does it bring forth? Eternal stretches in a linear fashion forward and backwards beyond what you can conceive of. There is even more to eternal that is not linear, it moves in all directions into all spaces as it flows outward. If this one description of you opens up a new understanding of you as an infinite being, that is a step forward. This is a concept that is quite startling, and not how you often envision yourself. We remind you that the physical body, in a physical life is a body with margins within a contained space. So there are two distinctly different concepts of you, one of infinite size and direction and one that is measurable and controlled. How do these two mesh? Your life now and your experiences, your actual human size and shape are a component of you, a piece of you but a fragment of the whole. When you go to school and take on a body of knowledge to learn and understand, you become engrossed in this learning. It becomes the whole of your focus, it becomes everything. The life you are living in your present body is much the same you are engrossed within and immersed in this life. There is much more though, there is still all the rest of you. If you're totally engrossed in a math problem or working on a piece of art that you are endeavoring to complete that is the only thing that exists at that segment of time in your awareness. You are in a space of time. We liken this to your present life. It is a space in time where the entirety of your focus is involved in one aspect of you. There still exists the rest of you, the many parts of you that exist, this eternal you that is connected to All That Is. It is connected to all things seen and unseen, which is a much larger, much broader world than your mind allows you to understand. We are telling you this is so, this immense beautiful connected you exists. It wants to exist within your knowing, within your address book so to speak. For always there is knowledge, huge enlightened libraries of knowledge for you to access. It is a matter of creating a dialog. Learning to listen, talk and communicate with the larger you. It is a step system; you first learn to talk to the body to decipher the body’s prompts and language. The next stepping stone is to listen and communicate with the eternal you. It is a way to think and to process information from a fuller and more balanced position. To stop to listen to the body and allow the body to open in dialog in a place of quiet for this is where the eternal you’s voice can be heard. Quieting the mind, and becoming aware of the body is the first step where dialog can occur. How do you recognize this dialog, how do you separate it from the thinking mind? It is often times hard to differentiate which is which, for remember this higher self is you! There is one clear way to know you are in space that your higher self has created, for it will be a place of compassion, love, peace and joy. If it feels otherwise it is not your higher self is speaking. We know this allowing and finding this place of joy is sometimes difficult to attain. It will not in the beginnings of this practice be 24/7, it will come in glimpses and moments. It will come in flashes, and as it occurs it will open pathways and then highways for the mind to travel and thus become easier and easier to find. The pathways and roads the mind usually travels and continually revisits will become less used and not as easily traveled. In other words the you that bogs itself down in recurring thought of the past will now move forward into uncharted territory, into new experiences of connection. What does this look like? It looks like you content in a place of balance. It is attainable. Take a breath, draw your thinking self back to the dialog with the body which allows moments of “silence”, if thoughts tug and pull you back, no worries just allow them to slip away and bring yourself back to the breath, to a place of repose and relaxation. From there allow loving thoughts of self, of life and your experiences to wash over you. Find the silver lining that exists within your days. Even the smallest fragments of this connection are like an energizer battery to your life here on earth. This charge of connection is tapping into the vastness of the higher self, a place of expansive knowing and love. It is a vitamin pill on a diet of rice and beans! So begin Dear Ones even the contemplation of this larger self is a start. It is a beginning. So spend a moment with you, and in so doing a moment with everything. This is who you are meant to be how you are designed to be, a total being in harmony! Sapphire’s Message January 2020 Dear Ones, Have you ever wondered about something you have no understanding of? Have you considered it and then shook your head and given up? Sometimes life seems to be unexplainable, you feel out of control and going nowhere, with no destination in sight and no understanding of why things are the way they are. This is you in a place of disharmony, not allowing the you that exists in totality to be seen to be heard and felt. Let us say your life is much like a play. There are many actors with narrative parts of the script that will make the story whole. Yet sometimes you allow only one actor on the stage. The actor knows his lines but is unaware of the other actor’s lines, so the story is fragmented and impossible to understand. This is what your “play” looks like, when you only allow part of you to speak. As we have told you previously, you are a multifaceted being. You are so much more than your mind believes. Let us remind you of the parts and pieces of you that will create an entire coherent story with meaning. First there is your leading actor (this is your belief not ours) the mind. The mind is like a computer of sorts, it takes information in, it sorts it and files it and even deletes some of it. It is like a giant Google of your memories you can access all sorts of information, but it is not always reliable! Then there is the body your physical connection to your world. It is a giant antenna receiving information about everything within your physical world. Often times the mind filters all these prompts and the valuable information that is coming in from the physical body and will overlook and delete it. This primary actor the body, is relegated to a place of waiting for a turn to speak, to give the valuable lines that make the play coherent. Then there is the higher self that we speak of so often this actor is the most talented and most experienced, but also through its own wisdom will wait to be allowed to speak. There is another point of view, another actor to consider, one thought to be a minor player, but is not, this is the universe! A huge body of information a connection so great so grand in scope, that the mind overlooks it, because it feels it (the mind)will not be heard within a power so encompassing. This is not true the universe only wishes to increase your understandings and your connections. Phew, look at you! You are complex being designed to through these connections to have a view of your world, people and all beings within it in complete understanding and harmony. This is you in a balanced position, a democracy of sorts where all the parts of you are allowed to share information. How do you begin to integrate you back into the equation of you and into your daily life? How do you become the whole being which reflects all the aspects of you? Your mind is amazing but it is time to allow the other parts of you to speak! We will begin with the body the physical component of you. A dialog with body is quite possible, it is relaxing and fun. For this new year we will begin there and in the following monthly messages we will address the rest of you. So take a breath, Dear One this is the key that opens the dialog to the body. The breath, that automatic response to being alive. The breath is so often overlooked the breath which you often do not even consider or are aware of. Slow down and listen to the breath. Is it fast or rapid and shallow or is it deep full and relaxed? What is the breath telling you about what you are experiencing? The breath reflects the you that is moving within your world. Be aware of it…you can change your experience by changing the breath by understanding it nuances and the effect that it has on you. You can easily with the help of the mind change the breath. A shallow fast breath can become a slow measured relaxed breath. Test this, see what it brings forth. Allow body and mind to work together, two actors on the stage instead of just one. This is just one system within the body that is constantly relaying information to you of connection and wholeness. Think of your muscles are they relaxed or tight? What are they telling you, because believe us when we say they do have something to say! Again allow the mind and the muscles to practice being on stage together communicating. Take the time to allow the mind to consciously relax the muscles, have these systems work together. Once the muscles are relaxed they will reciprocate by relaxing the mind and all will benefit. There are many incredible systems within the body that have information. Digestion, sleep patterns, disease these are all the body speaking and often times not being heard. We ask you to spend a few moments in conversation with the body. Slow the breath, listen to the heartbeat, relax the muscles, and feel the body. Validate the body’s connection and importance to you as a total being. Opening up this conversation is like inviting your best friend to tea. It is an experience of joy, love and connection. Try it Dear Ones, you already know how. You have just forgotten how to practice this wholeness of you. The breath, the heartbeat all are speaking, so listen! December 2019 Sapphire Message Dear Ones, Marvelous beings of the Earth! Do you see yourselves as such? There are many different components of you and so many diverse aspects of you as a human being. Your culture, your thoughts and your principles can all seem distinctly different from one another. As a human there is one aspect of you, a very large part of you that is sameness and that you share with every other human being. You are of the earth. Your actual physical body is created and fueled by the earth. Every cell, every molecular system and the actual structure of the body are the same minerals and molecules contained within the earth. In this there is no separation between you and the earth and one another. As a human you believe yourself to be separate, an individual being. Your differences in opinions, your emotional presence are what make you feel unique and thus separate and alone. This is where the distortion of separation occurs. This is a reminder that we bring forth so you can remember. Remember Dear Ones. You are more than the patterns of your thoughts; you are more than what you have learned from others. You are more than the way you have sorted yourselves out, into groups and thus into separateness. There is more to you that is sameness and that fits together in a great puzzle, for you do belong, you are part of a tribe. There is one tribe, mankind, there is no further division. Only your thoughts and you’re sorting, and your groups can create separation and isolation. As a physical being there is sameness between you. You can find differences in the length of your noses, the color of your skin, eyes and hair, the actual you that lives within the skin and even the skin is all the same. The higher self, the all-knowing self, the eternal you, whatever you choose to name it is a creation and part of All That Is, so there too there is no distinction, no division, and thus there is no separation there. Again we bring you back to your thinking self where all division occurs. We ask you to be aware of this. To understand that your grouping, and sorting ,this is where disharmony occurs. If you release these differences what is left is sameness. What does sameness create? It never cancels you as the unique beautiful being that you are, it enhances you. It expands you; you become connected, and thus so much larger, so much more than you can be as a sorted, grouped isolated being. Think of a symphony and imagine yourself as a note, a sound that is played, a beautiful sound which becomes part of the music. You can have your own sound, your own vibration and frequency and still you can come together to be in symphony as part of the music. We are asking you to look for your sameness to sort yourself into larger and larger groups until no groups exist. There is only oneness. One tribe with one song with many beautiful notes. We ask you to find similarities within one another instead of difference. We ask you to consider the note that you project into the song of life, the song of your tribe. Is it one of harmony or discord? Let it be a note of beauty and joy. We are listening Dear Ones, we ask you to listen also! October Message 2019 Dear Ones, Again another season passing by and another is coming forward full of possibilities, and full of potential. Do you see this circle, the cycling of the months, the seasons, the years there is a pattern and stability within the circle they are contained within. They are moving forward always, moving into view and then passing by in a never ending circle. They are never truly gone for always they are moving forward towards you or away. In the dead of winter you can still imagine and know Spring is on the way. So too your life, and in your many lives throughout your history there is a pattern and a stability to the rhythm of life. Now think of the many possibilities that lie within a month or a season. Each one is different, with a distinctly different experience. Think back to different seasons within other years of your life, they will all be different with an underlying reassurance and continuity that you and the season are moving forward, changing, moving away and returning. This too is true of each expansion or knowing that you encounter. Each knowing in each season stays with you moving into the cycle of your life, never disappearing, just becoming more prominent sometimes , and less visible at others. Every knowing you realize is never forgotten, is never lost. It is placed within your circle of knowing. What is knowing? Knowing is a state of consciousness that feels right, has no appendages or ties that bring forth questions, doubts, and unease. Knowing is place of ease a place of balance and peace. Knowing does not have to be searched for. You will not find it hiding under the bed! It is already within you, waiting for you to take notice to listen and feel it. We encourage you to silence your daily distractions and take time to “listen”. Begin by learning about you, how to negotiate and talk to you. To learn how to listen to you in your purest form without all the doubts you cast upon yourself from outside conflict. Take a moment to expand the knowing of you, and thus you within the universe. Take a breath deep into your belly and allow it to be fully felt. Then release the breath, become one with the breath. Allow the breath to be the only thing you need to do now, there is nothing but the breath, to do at this time. After several of these “awake” breaths settle into an ease with the breath. Close your eyes what do you “feel” what do you “see”. Then just be curious about it, no need to decipher or figure out anything. If you feel distracted or unable to connect to the breath and your knowing just be curious about why. Even that has answers and discoveries to realize. Now you are practicing a returning of what is, a knowing of you within your season, in balance, joy and peace. It is there within your circle it is coming, but just as often as you do not notice the flowers in the spring; it is easy to not notice you within a state of ease. You need to slow, to listen so you can experience this season. As you begin to experience this knowing, the unease and unbalance will drop away from your circle for they are not part of your circle, they are taped and glued haphazardly on but they are not part of the stability and essence of your circle. Know this Dear One. Knowing is within your grasp it is cycling forward always there. Take a deep breath, Dear Ones! September Message: Dear Ones, Have you ever felt an immersion into a place, a situation, or within a group where you felt you were the piece of the puzzle that fit? That you are the piece that completes the puzzle that you have been working on? When you begin a puzzle, you diligently place your pieces together to create a finished product. You place piece after piece until an image or a scene is created. You place each piece expecting a certain picture to emerge. Often it does not. This is because you have forgotten the pieces that are you. Often time the piece that is missing is you! You have clothed yourself with layer after layer of who you believe you are, and who others expect you to be. You are so encased by what you believe you should be, the piece no longer fits within the puzzle. You have an interior barometer, so to speak of who you are without the encumbrances of what you believe you should be. Slow down and let your body tell you, it will communicate with prompts. Your moments of ease and peace tell you when the puzzle piece of you, without the the trappings is fitting. If you uncover your true nature, you will begin to find situations and people that reflect you. We ask you think about times you felt connection, where you felt you were part of something, where you felt a genuine “fit”. You do not have to become what others believe, to fit in or to be accepted. Simply be you and your trajectory in time, in your life will change and your situation and the people you interact with will be better calibrated to you. When you are struggling to fit in, to become something you are not, go back to the breath. Feel it’s rhythm and it’s response to life, each breath knows it is a breath, it does not question what to do, or how to do it. Become the breath to slow the mind. Ask yourself, is this my knowing of the way the earth exists, should exist, or have I been taught this? Is this the way I want things to be, or is this what I have been told? You have the power to change the world with your thoughts with your actions, with you being and recognizing your true essence. All humans are beings of energy, with a core essence of the divine. Tap into the center of you. If your action, your history does not reflect this basic fact, then change. It is possible. Nurture compassion and love and you will find compassion and love are alive and well, they are a fire wishing to be stoked. This is how your puzzle piece will fit, there is where you will feel you belong, this is who you are. We know this of you, now is the time to recognize it in yourself. There is love and compassion; there is a great well of it. If you focus on it, it will become apparent. If you choose instead to focus on hatred and prejudice you will see it, it is your choice. You are the creator of your thoughts choose the puzzle pieces that reflect the true essence of you. Sorry No August Message... I wish Sapphire would talk about time management! July Message 2019 Dear Ones, Today, tomorrow, yesterday a sequence of days that chronicle your life. You could write a journal and keep track of all that you do. Yet what do you keep and what do you discard? Which memories are those which will bring you into the beauty of you? Which memories or thoughts will further confuse and disassociate you from your beauty? These are choices you must make daily, much of your living is “forgotten” not held close, not repeated or shared with others. Yet some occurrences you decide to replay, to repeat, and to tell others, this cements and places their existence into concrete . We ask you to look at what you are choosing, to carefully respond to your day with a choosing, of what to remember, and what to become involved with. What if instead of dissecting what is done to you, you reflect on how you have responded to a situation. To consciously decide on your memories, on the track or trajectory of your thoughts, is a skill that must be practiced. Try not to pull all the “files and records” that coincide, that seem to confirm and back up your impression of an experience. Let each experience, life moment stand on its own. Let it be of interest and be curious why it is present but do not reach back into your past to understand. Always you will find something to rationalize your thought process, “this happened because of this”, maybe it did, maybe it did not! Just allow it to pass through you, allowing it to be shown, and then move on. Do not become mired down in creating a play, a movie or even a mini-series of this incident. It will not serve you. Instead be a producer of a story or play you wish to see. When you leave your movie you should be whistling Dixie! That sets you on the path of more of the same; it pulls your orbit into the space of the movie you wish to produce. When you feel your buttons are being pushed, you are being pushed, make a choice. How will I as the producer of my movie wish this to end? Can I edit out some things, and refuse to be absorbed by this discomfort, can I move forward without allowing this experience to write its own script. Slow down take a breath, listen to your heartbeat, and allow your mind to settle. Allow your heart to choose what you will become involved with. Find your happiness, find your joy, be strong and wise in choosing. WE know this is who you are, now you must also know this strong, compassionate you, for that is you! June Message 2019 Dear Ones, Today is the day you take action. Action that is moving you forward with excitement like an athlete ready for a race. You have trained and now the race begins, with all the anticipation and joy that occurs with this new venture. As a baby you learned, each day you gained new skills, new information. You were open to each new sight, new expression and sense of the earth. Each day you opened your eyes and were ready to try new things, challenging yourself physically and mentally. You embraced all the new and exciting aspects of the life you were born into. A little regression in this case is a forward step. We wish you to remember the joy of new sensations, sights and sounds, to try to understand and put it all into perspective and then assimilate it into your library of knowledge. This is the state we wish you to return to. Somewhere along your growth you decided you had everything figured out so you no longer needed to process, feel contemplate the world around you. The difference that you have overlooked is that you have changed, and the world has changed. It is time to see and feel like an infant, with wonder, openness and with the joy of understanding the world around you. This pushes you to be aware and present in the world. Let go of what you have learned and begin to learn again, for this is where change begins. Where you reformulate the you that interacts with the earth and its inhabitants. Let us see how this might look. Take a deep breath, pull your awareness back to your body, to the breath, to your heartbeat, and be present in the body. Adjust your body to a place of comfort. Sit up straighter, think about your position, and how the body is placed in its surroundings. This contemplation and awareness, slows the mind, releases tension. Then imagine yourself as the baby waking to your room, to your house to your surroundings, and look, really look. Examine everything that you usually do not process or acknowledge. There is no judgment in this exercise only a stopping a n of you within your surroundings. When you are done with your visual appraisal, listen carefully to the sounds within your hearing, allow the sounds to wash over you they are no longer the hum of background noise; they are interesting sounds to decipher to learn from. Use all your senses in this simple mediation, for you are remembering how to feel the world around you. All around you there is much to learn and to enjoy and to become a part of. This dissolves the separation you often feel from the earth, your home, your office. It helps to let you recognize you within the place you live. Maybe you will notice things you wish to know more about, or wish to change, or things you can celebrate that is part of your world. The importance is that you are once again aware of your place within the earth, on this planet. Enjoy this exercise, become the athlete your body is designed and programmed for. You are always ready to experience, to learn and to grow. Remember this Dear One! May message 2019 Dear Ones, Honesty we call your attention to this word. Honesty, what definition do you equate with this word, with this frequency? It is a word of judgment, for there is a scale for honesty and each experience each encounter with others and even within your own self-expression you place within this scale. So how do you find true honesty, how is it discovered and understood within your day to day existence? We tell you honesty starts with you. It begins with a waking up to who you are. Honesty is home-made it is generated from you. Your ability to recognize honest interactions with yourself and the earth, its inhabitants and all that surrounds you; this is the basis of honesty. Allowing the true you to shine, gives you a feeling of joy, this is because of the honesty you are sharing. Begin by stopping and taking a deep breath, be quiet within your world. Then allow your attention be draw to the heart, feel the heat beat, feel the chest raise and fall with the rhythm of the body. Allow all that is surrounding you to dissolve, until there is just the heartbeat, the breath. Then ask yourself the question who am I? What is it that moves me forward, what holds me back? Do not ask what do I want to be; the question is what am I? Allow your honesty scale to remove anything that is negative, that is based in jealousy, greed or sadness let it all melt away. If these emotions come forward they are not honest emotions for this is not who you are. These thoughts are derived from what you have been taught, they are what you believe, but they are not true or honest to you. You know you are being honest with yourself if you see yourself in a world where you feel connected, where you are placed in a moment of time where you find love for self, love for the earth, the sky for all that surrounds you. This is the very essence of you in true honesty. The sparks of creation could not be anything other than this. Recognizing this core essence of you is like fitting into a pair of comfy shoes. You can wear this definition of you everywhere you go and while you are doing everything. It is you being honest with you, aware of the higher self that exists within you. It is up to you to choose to remember it, to dip your toe in to this pool of honesty and allow the ripples to move outward. You are so much more than you believe. Your potential is limitless. Reconnect with this new honest version of you. It is like spring with its buds bursting forth from dormant trees, like flowers emerging from the bare stems. Remember you, your central essence, honestly. April Message 2019 Dear Ones, Here we are again, with more to say more to explore to allow you a window into our musings and our understandings. For always we wish to expand your remembering of what is. So frequently your earth is not thought of, so we will expand upon your earth and its rotations. We will use the rotations as an indicator of time elapsing. We draw attention to these rotations; you are always in motion on your planet earth. How amazing even in your deepest sleep you are never still, you are moving, earth holds you in its embrace and rotates so that you will have sun, moon light, darkness and seasons. It is what makes life on earth possible. Rotations, so amazing yet rarely considered in your day to day experiences. We are calling you home to sync with your earth once again. We are reminding you of the great beauty and complexity of that which you live upon and within. Your planet is alive, and moving, from the earth worms within the soil to the fungi, even in the plates and lava flows there is movement everything is in motion. All the cells, the molecules are weaving together harmoniously upon your earth. So often you might reflect upon and examine that which you believe to be unbalanced and not within a state of harmony. So instead let us look at all that is right. The cycles within your earth that replenish, and recharge your oceans your land masses. Let us think of the miracles of your planet. Let us celebrate this amazing home of yours called Earth. It is so much more than you know or understand. There is so much more to your planet than what you have been taught. You as humans are part of this great composition of energy and physical components. Realizing that this is a living planet that you are nurtured by it is the first step to healing that which is askew. Remembering your planet, and all the laws of nature that surround you, is a step that moves you beyond being passive to become a being that weaves within the pattern of the earth’s beauty and harmony. You are often sleeping while walking upon earth. You do not feel, see or hear earth. We ask you to not judge harmony by what you hold in your hands and what you accumulate but instead by what is occurring around you, and you within the rotation amidst the cycles of the earth. This is the place where contentment resides in this allowing and knowing of you within a larger scheme of a larger equation. Consider your earth, join earth in harmony and you will step outside of the place where you feel isolated and alone. Step into this greater place of rotation, feeling the earth and its many nuances that make this planet home for it is truly a home, it is not just a house. March message: Dear Ones, Sweet angels, it is such a beginning. It is a name and a description that we address you as, sweet angels. Your vocabulary and your definitions within your language are quite descriptive. For each word you can summon up a feeling, an emotional tie. Think for a moment, sweet angels from these two words you can visualize a physical component, you can imagine a personality of sorts and within these two words you have created a being, an energetic force that you can recognize. This is the power of your words. Your words hold a vision an imprint of your past experiences, they hold a potential for the future, they have a frequency that you can understand and relate to. We wish to draw your attention to the power of your words, and to what you say. Words can be spoken without forethought or without previous thought. It is after the words are spoken that your mental dictionary opens and you begin to dissect and unravel what has been said. This communication is often flawed because of the addendum of past experience with the word which can be quite diverse depending upon the listener. Because of this we ask you to rely on a method of communication that is very ancient, yet somewhat new to you. We ask you to bypass the definition of the word, and instead feel the communication, what is truly being said, what is being conveyed to you? To listen to the words as they are spoken. There are the daily communications that transpire in both conversation and in the written word. Always much more is being conveyed in any given moment than you believe. When we address you as sweet angels, feel the love that emanates from these two words feel the confidence we feel for you. Take a moment to just feel these two words, without a picture of a robed figure with beautiful hair and halo. What do the words sweet angels embody how do these words “feel”. We ask you to see the power behind your words. We ask you to feel their frequency, to feel their meaning without shadowing these words with past experiences. Allow their purity to envelope you. Choose a word for yourself or several that reveal you to yourself, said in love. Words that have a frequency of you so you can get to know you better. Take a moment and close your eyes, take a long deep breath and relax let go of who your experiences have tagged and defined you as. Allow words and feelings to wash over you. These words will affirm your true essence your spark of all that is. Settle upon a word, a sound or a feeling that feels nurturing, full of love and remain in that space. You may make several attempts before you settle on a word with a frequency that you are comfortable with. If you wish keep our name for you, sweet angel. Yes, it is an inherent trait for you to love. To love that which is around you, and for you moving within your physical life. This place of balance and ease is what we are nudging you to exist within, reminding you of your natural state. That which you are, is reflected in the world you perceive. You will see beauty and you will see harmony and love, standing within a place of beauty, harmony and love. Do not expect harmony and beauty to rescue you from your pitfalls, you first must create a fertile field for these conditions to exist. From a place of fear, hatred and division, from others, your earth and the universe harmony, love and joy are not visible. You have shaded your perception of reality with the deepest darkest sunglasses, so now the light is no longer visible. You and you alone have decided to view the world in this manner. It is a matter of gently lifting these filters, these veils, so the light can be seen. Then that which you look at will be clearer, more intensely colorful and beautiful. Where to begin how is it done? Again we ask that you start with you. Begin to feel you within your earth. Place your feet on the ground and breathe in this stability this support. Anchor yourself to the earth, stand still and imagine your feet planted perfectly balanced on the earth, within the earth in a loving embrace. Reflect upon the fact that you are supported you are stable and part of the earth. Look at something near or far and contemplate its beauty it’s astonishing presence in your life. Consider that whatever you have chosen whether it be the sky, the earth or simply your couch, it is here on earth for you to see to feel and to create an impression of. Then as you choose which impression you will hold for this object search for beauty, balance and stability. Then breathe this knowing, this connection in, into you. You are here to notice and enjoy balance, the beauty and stability of your earth, of your planet. As you do this, you will begin to feel it, and to understand it, for it resides within you. There is a connection between you and all that is earth (the earth encompasses everything in your physical existence and this connection is a source of comfort and of nurturing). So begin to look for these connections these aspects of beauty and harmony that exists. Begin to choose the impression and the relationship you will have with that impression. A simple breath, an inhalation and an exhalation is a relationship to the air, to the earth and its support and harmony within you. Allow you news your politics, to slip away, become the breath, practice this connection for even moments in your day and your outlook, your perception of you within the earths embrace will change and because of this, all will change and will harmonize. January Message 2018 Dear Ones, Welcome, welcome to a New Year! 2019 another sign post or increment in your journey. A place in your time where you shift, and you wiggle a bit to the left or the right. This New Year awakes your perception to a change, and to a moving forward. Each day has the same potential to begin and start anew. However a new year is a completed cycle which gives you pause and thus an incentive to change. It’s a time of promises; this year will be…… It is the premise of a New Year’s resolution, the readjustment of you and of the you that you wish to be, or the you that you wish to share with the world. For always you are you, yet you veil and hide some parts or aspects of you from you, and others. Your teachings and your experiences create a story book of you that you live within. The I must, and I should, shadow the I am. Who is this I am? Wouldn’t you love to get to know this you that is whole, that is eternal. You in your entirety (the you without your past experiences tagging and dragging along) is quite fun to be with and to get to know! So begin to uncover yourself. Start within the frequency of love. Make a list of the things you love about yourself. Do not overthink it, you have been taught to criticize yourself in the guise of humility that is not what you attempting now. Humility is not welcome, make your list as long and as detailed as you can. This list can contain the big loves like, “I love myself when I laugh, or the smaller loves like I love when I make brownies! “You are reaffirming your love for self. Like a mother's love this strengthens you, it nurtures you. From this place of self-love you will grow stronger, you will begin to fill your own shoes. You have been clumping around in extra-large shoes for long enough. Grow into them they are after all your shoes. : ) Make this list, start it now but do not finish it, do not complete it for there is never an end to it, each day add to it, expand it. From this place of self-love and appreciation you will be capable to expand this love outward, to everyone and everything. From this position of being your own "bestie" your relationships and experiences will reflect this love. At night as you slip into your sleep think of an aspect of your day where your love for you changed your day and subsequently changed those around you. How simple, so easy to achieve once you erase previous lessons you have been taught (with no actual factual bearing) that you are less than this love. Being aware of this love will negate and will stop old patterns that are not as lovable, as this new accepting and expansive you. Fall in love Dear Ones, it is the greatest love story of mankind. December 2018 Message: Sapphire how can we enjoy and appreciate the holidays of the season? Dear Ones, Your holidays and seasonal events are marking a passage of time. They are goal posts in the midst of your daily life. Because they are an annual event they mark the time flowing by. You respond to all of your life, yet holidays often cause you to pause and reflect. The holiday corresponds with other years that have proceeded. Most days flow together and flow by in a rhythm that goes unnoticed. Holidays initiate certain responses and expectation and thus create a pressure that is not usually felt. These expectations that you believe must be fulfilled create busyness, a rushing that can destroy the peace of the season. We ask you to look at these moments in time as an opportunity to create joy, to resists being bogged down by recreating the moments of your past. Creativity is a place of joy, so create something new for your holiday. Do not be tied down to trying to mirror the past. Your tradition could be an unfolding, an adventure in creating something new. You have memories, you have pictures of past holidays, you do not have to recreate them. Create something new, something fresh. Choose your activities by the joy they create rather than a check mark on your to do list. Imagine yourself as a child with the wonder of the Holiday. The pleasure of lights lit, your gifts and special foods. View the holiday with this excitement. Recreate that Dear Ones, the curiosity and joy of what is coming instead of the expectations that you believe must be fulfilled to create joy. Lists can be made with joy in mind. The check marks can be full of love and happiness, rather than drudgery. Take some deep breaths…. Imagine yourself in deep forest; the evergreens that surround you are bright and beautiful. The forest floor is soft from the cast off needles of previous years. Above you the sun shines through the needles of the trees casting every shade of green, with shadows moving in beautiful patterns. Breathe in the pungent scent of the evergreens, feel these beautiful trees their presence, their stability their acceptance of you and of their place in the earth. Enjoy this moment of connection with the forest. Bring yourself back to this vision when your busyness impacts your peace. You are like the tree, your ground is covered with previous needles from other seasons, but you do not need these exact needles, for you are covered with new fresh needles. You are new, a new person vibrant and shining. Ground yourself to the earth and imagine this new you and create from there. Your previous needles nourish you, but today is new, make it so! November Message 2018: Dear Ones, You are here in this one lifetime encased, and cradled in your physical body. It is your outward appearance, your mode of transportation and an antennae that reports back to your feeling and thinking self. This body you inhabit is a partner in all that you do. There are so many non-thinking responses it exhibits and non-thinking processes that occur when it is actually communicating with your soul, your higher self. The body or physicality is so sensitive it knows and reads energy of those around you. It feels the earth’s movements, and is equipped with many alarms and responses, it is a miracle machine. The heart pumps, the blood flows, digestion, respiration all occur without the thinking minds governance. This is what we are here to remind you of the miracle that is you. To remind you of sanctity of the physical body and to remind you to both trust and enjoy your physical self. The thinking mind orders and constructs and sometimes disorders or deconstructs your day, your life. The spiritual self is constant and eternal it communicates with the physical body, it has a clear channel to the body to help you in your day to day efforts. There is an interfacing that is quite seamless. The thinking self often does not listen to this discourse, this conversation. So we ask you to begin to realize the potential of body, mind, spirit which communicates on a level playing field, in a true democracy! All aspects of you are meant to be balanced and to be equally listened to. We ask you to remember to slow the mind by focusing on the body, listen to the heartbeat, and to feel the tactual and physical prompts within your body. When the mind is skipping about unfocused, or hyper focused on something bring yourself back into balance. Start with remembering the body; bring yourself back into the amazing physical that is you. Feel the breath, breathe fully, you are tuning into the body and in so doing tuning into the soul, or spirit, in so doing you are creating space for this communication. To endeavor to remove the mind and practice a meditation that has no thought is not as productive as an active conversation with the antennae that is you. So slow your breathe, breath deep and fully, listen to the heartbeat, clear away repetitive thoughts and allow the connection of you as a balanced being of physical, mind and soul to mesh. The physical you, this life you live, the existence on the earth as earths very expression, is a beautiful thing. It is as important as spiritual evolving, as important as your minds wandering and gathering knowledge. So look at your body as the miracle it is, not as an object that is not what you consider perfect, for it truly is, as all of you is. September 2018 The earth, the place you rest your feet! The earth and all it brings to you as an individual, as a community, as an eco-system, that is our topic. Connection was where we left off, so to change to the topic of the earth and its connection to you, to your life, to your existence is a natural progression. The earth is mindful of your curiosity and wondering. This is what is celebrated, you considering and thinking of your planet, not as an inert mass of minerals, rock and stone, but as a living breathing organism. It is an awareness that is often overlooked. It is like the heartbeat. You know it exists within you, you have been taught what the heart does, yet how often do you stop to be present and feel the heartbeat, listen to the heartbeat. The earth is similar you know it is there, you have the understanding of the earth from what you have been taught. Most frequently you cannot “hear” the heart beat or tune into the earths heartbeat, its musings it’s teachings and support. The earth has much to offer. There are the obvious physical ways the earth supports mankind. There is not an item available to you that is not made possible by the earth. Even your inventions, your cities, your societies could not exist without the raw elements of the earth. You reside within cells that are components of the earth. Now more than ever the earth needs your help, your knowing and realization that all that transpires is a mathematical equation that has been set in motion upon the earth. Let us say the equation you believe exists for example is : x+y=z, this equation can be changed, can be fine-tuned, the earth is waiting for this shift. The equation you live within can change, it is not fixed. Let us not jump ahead, we only tell you this so you realize the natural order that you believe to exist, can evolve. It can change and all things with it, for always there is connection. Lack, unbalance, violence, injustice does not have to be part of the equation of the earth. That is a concept that originated many years ago, and now is the time for change. How is this done, where does it begin? It begins now, it starts as a small flame and becomes a bonfire, and it spreads because all is connection. You become this new equation, and all and everything changes. So slow for a moment, take a breath. Breathe deeply, deep down to the very bottom of your lungs, then slowly release. Imagine the earth its essence its beauty, it in entirety. And breathe that in, fill yourself with earth energy. Then release this breath. Let it all go. Do several of these earth breaths and as you inhale image a color any color you identify with and breathe that in, surround the earth energy with love with color imagine the earth’s energy wrapped up like a beautiful present, and then release the breath. After doing several of these breaths as a final part of this connection with the earth this meditation , ask the earth what can you do to change the equation we are living within now, change the equation to one of peace, beauty and love. See what the earth offers up to you, for this is a partnership. It is a connection that will grow, you are the artist you are the creator of this new equation, this new set of natural laws. A change is coming be part of it! Sapphires Message Empathy +Compassion= Connection August Message 2018: The importance of connection: Last message we gave you a practice to feel connected and to understand your placement in the universe, a place of largeness and infinite possibility. Yet you wonder “How does this create for me a place of knowing me, within a place of comfort?” This connection is so large, so vast it can perhaps overwhelm you and become too much, to comprehend. This is not the purpose of connection. Connection is a way of comprehending you, and everyone as a part of all things, in everything. This brotherhood or sisterhood of likeness negates every human trait that creates disharmony. Think of greed, or hatred and the human suffering these cause, then think of a world where there is connection between all people and beings, greed and hatred are impossible. For through connection comes compassion, compassion in its true form, where you feel you know another and treat them accordingly. Compassion is not feeling sorry for someone it is solidarity between all things. It is extending your families your circle of friends to all. This mindfulness of being connected to oneself gives one the inner quiet to begin to connect to all your earth. This in turn makes the base emotions such as fear, isolation impossible, for to connect to something triggers empathy. Empathy is an understanding a knowing, a sameness to another being. Empathy can exist between all things between people and nature, between animals and plants and most importantly you. It is a connection made where you understand and feel the other. In this space the higher responses take place love, gratitude and peace. This is the natural state of the earth. Empathy +Compassion= Connection. To recognize your connections is creating a world where people and objects can co-exist in peace and joy. As you recognize your connections imagine you within the connection, you within another’s life story, you as an object, an animal, or a plant. For you are made of the same components, water, minerals, cells, molecular structures, and energy all belonging to the earth. These connections help you to step away from isolation to know you are never alone. Second fold to relieve the pressure you have, to have likewise thought patterns to those you encounter, for you do not have to think alike, you do not have to be alike. No this is not sameness, sameness is more unique, more complex, it the value of who you are and seeing the value of others and everything. It is a heartfelt heart sensed connection. There is no right or wrong, there is only connection and interdependence. So Dear Ones when you look at another, really look, feel and search for the connection that exists, not the differences, not the thinking blockages that you believe to exist for this is not the true you . You as a pure energetic being know only connection. Juggle this knowing with your physical life and combine them and you will be connected to all, with compassion spilling out to everything in your world. Your light beams probing out into the environment around you, and you loving your place within it. – For this is you Sapphire Message: June 19, 2018 Dear Ones, Today is a day to open yourself to an experience of connection. Connection is a sense of belonging, of coming home to a place of ease. Connection is a word full of possibility, for there is not a minute in your day where connection is not present. It stands there besides you, within you waiting for you to acknowledge, feel, see and know these connections. Connection is a simple relationship between you and all things. Yes simple in the very fact that it is ever present, it is steadfast and stable, the energy of it is a simple consistent strength. Yet there is a complexity and the diversity of these connections. For you see for each connection there is, there is generated another connection for connection never stops, never ends. It is the nature of connections to connect. Here is a way to feel these connections, to accept your immersion in the universe, your connection to all. So sit quietly, take a breath, and deeply fill the lungs, feeling every nuance of the breath. Allow yourself to accept the breath, to feel connected to this breath of life as you inhale, likewise feel the exhalation. Do several of these centering breaths. Then find a connection within your immediate surroundings. It can be anything, your hand upon the chair, or your feet upon the ground. Perhaps you feel connected to a pet or a person in the next room, it can be a physical object you can see, or one you know is nearby, so you see it can be a connection to anything. Think about the connection that you have decided upon. Then imagine you are a wave of light passing through this object, follow this connection, what is it in turn connected to, what does it touch where does the light go next? Then allow your mind’s eye to see the next connection and the next connection, each connection has multiple connections, infinite connections. Visualize this beautiful web of light stretching out and mapping all these beautiful connections, energetic webs which radiate outward endlessly. This is you Dear One, surrounded by connection, always supported, never alone. You are a bright and shiny star surrounded by these energetic connections. Take a breath in, feel the breath, and all the connections, this breath will mingle and connect with all that surrounds you. Do this mediation when you feel alone or unsupported. There is more to you than you believe, this you stretches out over vast expanses touching and connecting. Take the time to feel this vastness, this greatest that is you. You do not need to search for “the meaning of life” for each second each minute has connections that are meaningful that spread your light, and you outward. Enjoy these connections, Dear Ones you are part of something so large and so vast, take a moment to see this you that moves forward always with this connection. May Message 2018: Dear Ones, always questions, there are always questions to be answered. Without questions would there be growth or knowledge? Questions are a stepping off spot for the processing of information. Each question is a new step forward from what you have just learned, what has been discovered. These questions are a thinking process that arrives when you break down and assimilate what is happening around you. Where does a question arise from? Is it a knowing Dear One, a conversation that arises from within you, from what you know? You come to a place of understanding and then you move forward into the next thought process. So we ask you to look at your questions at your musings, and your thoughts. How are they affecting your outlook on life? For the question is the first tentative step, the first exploration of an idea or a new philosophy. So we ask you to choose your questions wisely and be aware of where a question might bring you forward to. We remind you, you do not have to follow each question like a dog chasing a rabbit. You can decide which questions in your life will bring you closer to your true self. You ask, “And Who is that?” the true self is a state of being, a place where you are connected, peaceful and happy to be you. This true self exists, we assure you, for this is who you are, we know this, creation knows this, so we point you in this direction so you will also know it. When a question arises in your life, look at it with detachment first. Ask yourself, “Is this me?” Will the pursuit of an answer to this question make me whole; will it bring peace and Joy? Awareness to what you question, and then what you search for answers for, is an aspect of you that can be quite insightful. It can be a compass to guide you, so choose your questions wisely. Do not let the question choose you. Big or small examine your questions and choose to explore them or release them. Now Dear Ones, here is a question for you that we ask? How will you spend your days bogged down in trivial unproductive questions or immersed in questions that will lend you peace and edge you closer to the true you? Be aware Dear Ones, for when you begin to see yourself as the spark of creation that you are, your questions will disappear because you will know you! April Message 2018: Spring is a time to take notice. To notice you within your world, to notice your earth and its awakening, it’s opening and softening. Softening to the spring rains and warming sun. The earth feels all that encompasses it, even you upon its surface. Likewise you soften, you awaken. Longer days and warmer temperatures stimulate you to spend time in nature, outside. This is important. To be within the earth and her beauty to hear the call of creation rise up from her soils, to become aware and take notice of this is life affirming. It is like a vitamin pill for you it energizes you and makes a place for awareness to awaken. It does not need to be a thinking conscious decision. It can be done simply by going outside and feeling the earth beneath your feet, to imagine the organisms, the creatures below you. Living their lives, and also waking up to the call of spring. Then feel every movement of the air, the wind or lack of wind on your skin, on your face. Listen to the day, listen to each sound and isolate it be aware of each bird, of each car passing by, each rustle of the wind. Separate the sounds from a chorus into individual instruments of sound. Listen, then return to you, to the heartbeat take a moment to listen to the steady music of your heart. Then imagine the planets, the stars, the moons all-encompassing you and the earth in which you live within. This is a simple meditation a slowing down a time to spend a moment communicating with all that surrounds you. This time you spend communicating is felt. It stands out amongst the static of hectic life. It changes you, it changes everything. This is a simple exercise in awakening, a time to communicate with you and all that surrounds you. It is a moment to enjoy, to feel and to know you are part of this Spring awakening. Go outside Dear Ones and connect, for it is the way you feel whole, connection is the opposite of isolation, it is a space of belonging. You are always within this space of sanctuary and connection if you choose to take a moment to be aware. This awakening can be done in all moments of your day. As a meditation that you prepare for and immerse yourself in it for 15-20 minutes, or done quite simply as you complete your other tasks, walking to your car, grilling chicken, be creative anytime your feet touch the earth allow yourself to see the connection you have to the natural world. Happiness is the single most important component of your day. It is a shield, protection from unhappiness. Both are always within your reach, happiness and unhappiness are both waiting to be chosen in each and every moment of your day. The definition of happiness is on a sliding scale, there is the pinnacle of giddiness and the soft touch of compassion, there is often a quiet peace to happiness. Happiness is in everything, there is happiness unless unhappiness is present. It is that simple. It does not need to be over thought. Often people are happy and do not realize it! To know and recognize you are within the scale within the bounds of happiness in your day, creates a new depth to happiness, creates an increase in the happiness factor. You can quite easily convince yourself you are unhappy. There is always an aspect to human experience you can expand, exaggerate to become full blown unhappiness. Then happiness shrinks and withdraws. Likewise there is always a component of your day where happiness exists that could be expanded upon. It is which component which experience of your day you allow your mind and your thoughts to center upon. Awareness of thought and patterns of thought is paramount. Where do you place yourself on the happiness scale or perhaps on the unhappiness scale? Which state of mind do you continue to revisit and reinforce? Happiness is not something that just falls on your head when you are not looking. You are choosing every waking moment what you desire to focus on. You choose to relive, to repeat, to revisit with your thoughts, and then you share this perception with others, of what you believe your state of happiness is. There are many experiences in this life of yours which are good and some that you consider less than good, what is important is the knowledge and the exploration into which parts of your day that you habitually revisit. Where do you go when your mind is idle, to happiness or unhappiness? Often happiness is overlooked because unhappiness is visited so often it becomes a comfortable spot to rest your thoughts. Comfortable in the fact that it is known, it is what you have become to believe you are. We ask you to follow your thoughts, to recognize where you are always placing yourself within an experience. Then train your thoughts, by not allowing unhappiness to reign. Happiness is not unobtainable; remember is everywhere, within everything where unhappiness is not. This is a huge area of thought to discover. By acknowledging moments of happiness it reboots and resets you. Happiness is attainable, it is alive and well. So Dear Ones smile, breathe deeply and think about your smile it is telling the world and you, “I am happy!” Just that smile is a confirmation that sets happiness into motion. It begins a new thought pattern. You are more than your thoughts, you are a perfect part of creation, and you are the creator of your thoughts so choose them wisely and smile. December Message:
Dear Ones, Sharing is a topic we will discuss, a sharing of oneself. This follows the topic of family, for within a family sharing is the cement the bond which adheres you to family, to those in your daily relationships sharing is always a component. There is no other way to interface or to respond to one another. So in this season when sharing, and goodwill is part of your traditions let us look more closely at sharing. There is obvious physical sharing, sharing meals, food, gifts and time. Time is a sharing of oneself, a sharing of you. It is a commodity which is quite precious. To share you and all that you are is a gift beyond the physical. In all this sharing we do not simply say you must only share a perfect you, the true self, the self who is eternal the self that is compassion, true and brave for this is always you it is always shared but we say to you, share all of you. We speak of sharing you in all your aspects. The diverse complex being that you are. There is no right or wrong in this sharing of self. What we are asking you to do is to be aware of what it is that you are sharing. What gift do you give to your families? Bravery is part of being you, being the you who knows yourself as a perfect, and then truly embracing yourself as such. You have been taught to be everything except this perfect being that we see you as, and as creation sees you. What part of you do you unwrap and show others? What parts of you are you willing to gift to others? An example of this might be you in conversation, how do you portray yourself, and what is it you wish others to hear? Are these words this sharing of you something you would wish to receive from another? Or are you in the Yankee swap, not wishing to receive any of the gifts. What have you placed in the swap of you for others, will they wish to have this gift? As you view your actions, your deeds your conversation and your words, think to yourself, “ is this the me that I wish to give as a gift?” We have so many questions for you to ponder, that is our gift to you…for to see yourself and to dismantle who you believe yourself to be, to peel back the layers of who you do not wish to be, and become the true you that is a gift. This peeling this exposing moves you closer to center you. It will move you closer to the natural energetic perfect being that you are. So think about your gifts of time and sharing, the moments you spend with others, listen fully, feel fully, and share you fully. These are the memorable moments and gifts of time and of you. Family: What is family? This is the progression, we have spoken of Love, and the next topic is family. Family is another word with a vibration, a frequency that is quite multidimensional. It is a word that when spoken elicits a strong emotional pull on the heart and then the mind usually in that order. To define family is similar to trying to to define space, both are not totally understood for the scope and depth is so immense. There are the physical boundaries of family which as you extrapolate and trace back your genetic family, you trace back your linage your family increases and grows. Your relatives become large masses of interconnected humanity, which will finally arrive back to the first few inhabitants of your world. Then you can surmise that as a living breathing being, you may say, “I am related to, I am family to every living human being on the plant!” Then we move on to the emotional components of family, those who you attach yourself to through choice, through chance, through your cultural laws. These too are family members, there are those who circle closer and they are more aware of you and you of them. These are the people in your life that outwardly affect your days your nights, your everyday movements. Then there are those that orbit around you, and you likewise move within their orbits. Those that are in your workplace, neighborhoods, clubs and organizations those who you care for, are family. We remind you of those pets which you care for your little citizens within your homes and spaces these too are family. There are those who we are drawn to, those who have a likeness to you, so that you accept them as family. In this description, in this definition of family we have connected you to so many that when tallying a list of family it is quite long. This is a method to connect, for you to begin to see the interconnected paths between all people. Families like love have a duality, beauty and failings, contentment and discontentment, a pulling forward and pushing back. Within this duality is love, for all caring is a component of love. We ask you to connect your families, each relationship has a strand, a connection to another, this is a mapping of all the places and people you touch and impact. This is you creating. This is you within a family be whatever this family might be. It is you considering you within the basket or pool of humanity. This oneness of connecting is meant to bond and cement, to bring forth compassion and sameness. Yet often this is not so. Often these connections are marred by past and even in the present you push away, disassociate and remove yourself. This is not the true nature of family. Family is strength, a bond, an insurance which moves you forward in strength, in numbers in a group. So we ask you at this first discussion of family to identify your families, the groups of people within your life. Without judgement, begin to understand these connections, think of them simply as connection, human beings and animals interacting together. When you are at odds with your family think of these connections what would you be without them? Begin to explore you within these groups, these families you have created. The first step is to look at your placement within the group, where have you placed you? Where do you fit comfortably and where do you not? These are questions of self-knowledge. As you begin to realize these connections and understand them, then you can heighten them, improve them. Sprinkle loves on them; find bonds that you didn’t know were there. You are part of something bigger than you believe; you are energetically very powerful simply by the connections within your life. So start finding likeness in your daily relationships. Place these relationships in the definition of family, of sameness and then see what your day is like. October message:
MORE ON LOVE Love is too large to sum up in one or two messages so we continue. We gave love some definition some shape, texture and feel, in the last message. Definition is not what love does it does not define a state. Love is an active state which is ever changing, ever moving within every situation. If you begin your day with the promise of love, if you begin with love as a shield, it will change your day. Let us wrap you in a blanket of love upon your rising. As you come into a waking state imagine love. Not as how you will experience love or exhibit love, or probe love, no to begin, just envision love as a blanket, a soft and fuzzy blanket. Imagine your blanket of love now. How do you choose to wrap yourself? Any color texture, weight, and size is perfect, what does your blanket look like, imagine it now. Once you have seen it within your mind’s eye wrap yourself in this blanket. Love is palpable, it can be felt and this process, this meditation is you caring for you now. From this space of being enveloped in a cocoon, a space of love, you will change. You are now someone who is loved, you are a space of love. This is a simple form of meditation; it places you in love surrounded by love. Now you are ready to reflect this love. Love cannot be restrained, trained or confined so from this physical space that you have created you emit, you animate love. This is not the love you imagine , a love which is singular, this is much broader and a more encompassing love. It is an energy of its own. This is a love that you create around you as you wrap yourself in it , and the knowing that this blanket you have given yourself is given in love. It will then begin to shift, to move growing and diffusing, creeping steadily outward. Everything you do or say, every response will be reflective of this love. It is boundless, it is tireless, it is infinite. This is love. It starts with you. To imagine is to create, to create is to change the world. Begin each day with this simple meditation wrapping yourself in love. If love at times seems remote, unapproachable wrap that in love and begin again. For each trial each test of your capacity to wrap yourself in love, you will weave your blanket tighter, larger, stronger. This is love of compassion; there is no right or wrong, no success or failure. There is only love which reaches out and touches everything that exists. So wrap yourselves Dear Ones and know love is there, it is here, now. September Message: Dear Ones you wish to discuss love? With the fragmentation of your political systems between your countries and its people, love is a discussion that is necessary. What is Love? So often love is an intense and a very intimate bond of a lover, the love for a child or a family member. Is the definition of love, an intense emotional, physical and spiritual response you have to those close to you? Yes it is! Let us also look at the definition in a broader sense. Love has no fixed definition for it cannot be harnessed or corralled into a single explanation or definition. These words: caring, helping, compassion, softness, joy, wonder, sensitivity, empathy, all are words of love. They are just a few that help to describe love. Love encompasses all that you enjoy, love is pride for what is accomplished, love can be laughter or simple contemplation. We remind you again and again love is most importantly given to self. Self-love to many seems to have an aspect of selfishness, but it is quite the contrary. Self-love is only the diving board into the pool… the pool which is Love. We chuckle at that explanation, and yet love is a place, it is a huge immersion. It is a place where you can swim, play, float, or be cleansed. It is truly a place with an energy all its own. Just as you would fill or add water to a pool periodically love needs to be deposited to be poured into this bank or pool. Then it gains volume, substance, and space it spreads and it touches more surfaces. This is how we describe love. So we ask you have you filled your cup and poured love into the pool recently.? Do you remember the importance that this daily ritual entails? For all humans know this simple equation, without this pool of love there is no meaning, no reason for life. This is a basic principle love gives meaning to life. What needs to be done is to broaden your definition of love, to realize love exists in everything. Once you begin to recognize this you begin to fill your cup more fully, to the brim, until the pool increases and grows. Love is what quiets you, that which gives you purpose. There is always a knowing from deep within if an action is done in love, and with love. Where you lose your way is you forget to ask yourself is this done with love, does this action fill my cup or empty it? This is a simple awareness if you are uncomfortable and uneasy this is an indication you are not filling your cup and operating with love, if you are content and peaceful within your body, your higher self is telling you this is love! Love is a quiet moment, a stillness, a smile, a meal made for someone, time given to self or others to enjoy, love is a choice in every moment in time. Do not mask it by being vengeful, remorseful, angry, and fearful, this is not connecting to your true state, the natural state as you have been created. So think about the pool and take a moment to enjoy the idea that you can fill the pool, that it is always there ready to immerse you in its beauty. Consider love and change your definition if need be, widen it spread it out and encase all your actions in it. It is what the world needs now, what your earth thirsts for. Dear Ones, a shift a gradual movement to the right ,the left, up or down, so subtle so small perhaps it is unnoticed. This is what we draw your attention to, the shift that we assure you that is happening. This movement which moves you, and then your perception opens and there is a new perspective for you to encounter. This is the goal. This is how expansion happens it is how it occurs. Often there is a “want” for change for “instant” change, to suddenly wake up and find yourself in a new life, in a new place. When this huge change does not occur and you feel no different, you give up! Yet we tell you this is not how expansion works or how change occurs. You’re growing and expanding, without you realizing and identifying this change. Without you appreciating that the true you is revealing itself to you incrementally in bursts and in periods of what might appear to be sluggishness or even what might seem like no change at all. We liken it to a baby’s development. The baby does not wake up each day and appreciate the growth that has occurred, “My fingers are stronger, I understand more about this life and world I live in.” No the baby considers each day as who he is. This is me, and waits for the next advancement knowing it will come and new knowledge and new perceptions will come into view. So if you think, “Here I am again, I have made the same mistake or am in a situation that is unpleasant” consider this, there is a you that is pure and strong and eternal, this is the core of you. This is who you are stripped of your experiences and the labels you place upon yourself. Once you realize this fact you being to shift. To edge ever closer to the inner core of you that is eternal. In each moment with this new knowing of who you are you move closer to the understanding that you are connected to all things. Connected to that which is small and that which is huge, from a blade of grass, to your fellow mankind, to the entire planet of your earth, to the universe, these connections all exist. This realization is opening you and expanding your thoughts, so then changes occur in your actions and in your deeds. You are uncovered layer by layer, you are revealed. So we ask you to not judge this journey, the path that you follow, just keep looking for you, the eternal you and know that you are moving forward to this place of knowing. The baby does not see his daily development, yet the parent stands by and marks the accomplishments, the changes and the growth. So do we see your changes, we see you moving forward, we see your expansion. So never falter, never doubt, the amazing being that you are. Faith in self will propel you along. Learn, consider, remember who you are, an eternal being moving toward your true self. Be the light and laughter and the sharing that moves you forward, for you are always moving forward! Dear Ones, sweet energy transferors. We will continue on the thought and understandings of energy transfer. Hopefully you have considered and noticed the energy transfer to you. For in motion and even in sleep all that is happening consists of energy transfers. So what then are you within the energy equation? The expression, “What goes in must come out” is a good parallel to energy transfers. Each energy transfer has a reciprocal action or energy transfer back into your world. You are not just a cog in a machine, you are an energy power plant. These energy transfers fuel your world. What you do, the words that you use, your motion is an energy transfer. Take a moment to consider, what is it I wish to transfer, what dynamic change, what transfer of energy do I wish? What is it you would like to project about you? For that is what these energy transfers are, they are holograms of you energetically. They vibrate, they shimmer and shine all around you. How could they do otherwise they are energy? Even in your sleep this energetic transfer is happening. The single most determining factor of the quality of energy and quantity of this energy, is your outlook, your attitude towards you and towards your life. All this exists within your comprehension. It is a choice Dear Ones, you can project an energetic spectrum of beauty and joy, or the opposite. You understand these two conditions the top of the mountain or the depth of despair. We do not say the depth of the sea for is quite beautiful there also. There is no place on earth to describe the state of despair that the mind can create. Always on your earth there is beauty. Perhaps your mind is racing churning up images of misery, of disease and human injustice, while you are trying to understand this premise. Yes, these places do exist but they have been created by an energetic transfer, they do not naturally exist within the earth. So think about your energetic projections, and change them if need be to something which you dream of. A lovely dream of peace and joy, these need not be dreams make them reality. In the quantum theory energy vibrates and a likewise energy at the same vibration is attracted to this energy, what you sends out returns. It is a simple equation. However this is not a blame game, do not fall into that trap. Do not think about how this has occurred because of the energy that was sent out. No, that will not serve you. It is a new moment now, this realization that your life can change by changing these energy transfers, changes everything. So begin by contemplating this role that you have to create energy. Then make something beautiful. No transfer is too small. A smile, a kind thought, a pat on the back, a simple meal in thankfulness, a knowing of you in this space as a instrument of peaceful change. Bring forth your natural state of softness and peace. You will know it is the natural state because it will feel great. Begin to watch how these energy transfers go out into the world and affect it. Dear Ones, today is the first day of the future, the first minute of you being you now. What does that say to you? What does it bring forth? Are you in this minute looking forward, or scanning back? Are you formulating your life x+y=z and in doing so deciding how your day will unfold, what it will consist of? This is an option, a mechanism for controlling your physical self the part of you that eats breaths and sleeps. It is necessary to function and to keep your body, your physical self both alive and healthy. Yet is there more? Do you see or know the difference between the you that eats toast in the morning and the you that understands the blessing and amazing possibilities that the toast brings forward. Is the toast chewed up and swallowed untasted, underappreciated a necessary chore of your day? What if you saw the toast as an amazing component of your day? The toast fuels your body to create, it propels you into your day. The toast is in itself an energy, it was once grain, water and plant pieces, and it is an energy that creates energy within you. This miracle is often overlooked, this phenomenon of energy transfer. We ask you to watch for these energy transfers. You place your foot on the gas pedal of your car and the energy of the earth the gasoline transfers to the car and to you. You take a breath and oxygen enters your body to begin the process of respiration. Water flows from your faucet and molecules of and hydrogen and oxygen that are combined allow their energy and their vitality to flow into you. They animate and activate you. Are these energy transfers recognized and noticed are they felt, heard and tasted? This is what we ask you to do look at your day and see all the energetic transfers that are happening in you around you, with you. Notice this be aware. This is the fabric of your life it is a connection to all things there is more to your physical life than your relationships between people, and between possessions. There is a constant exchange of energy that you are part of, that you are connected to. Look at it as a child might with new fresh eyes and you will feel a brotherhood, a sisterhood to your world and to your earth. These daily exchanges are beautiful and amazing, they can lift your boredom, lift you from separation and sadness, if only you will take the time to notice. So look Dear Ones, spend moments in your now. Begin to understand you in the physical world with a deeper understanding of you the energetic being who connects, who is part of the greater whole. View you and your world with wonder and Joy! Dear Ones, another month since the previous message. What has transpired what has your life been like in the last 30 days? Has it crept by silently, stealthily passing without notice? Or has each moment been a slide in a movie that you can recollect and remember?
In your overall view of the last days in the span between this message and the month before what is your “report card” for self? Did you find moments of connection when your knowing of you was filled with love and compassion? Or were you a stern headmaster grading each of your actions and not approving of them? We ask only so that in your reflections you can view the you that each day functions in your world. We are here to tell you that this perception of you is the greatest factor effecting your days. Who you believe you are and what you perceive your value is, is a place of joining with your soul. For imagine two friends, one friend is the physical you, and the other is the soul. The friends are in disagreement for the physical you criticizes and devalues you, while the soul knowing your connection and your earned place in the universe does not agree, so they are in an impasse over the definition of you. It is as if your soul and your physical self can only speak of the weather, for you are not of the same opinion on the issue of you! This friend who has been with you forever and into eternity the physical you has pushed away and refused to listen to. So we ask you to edge closer to open your heart to who you are, who your soul knows you as, whom we know you as. If you begin this self-acceptance this self-understanding and love, you align your perception more closely to your soul and its knowing. Then you will find your friendship expanding and your conversations will become more varied and enjoyable. It brings back balance to your life. We ask you to look at your thoughts and soft en them to you, to this you that each day lives on this earth. We ask you to open your heart to you. In so doing, it gives your soul and your physical self a commonality, a brotherhood a sisterhood, within a relationship of sameness. As you edge closer to this balance you will find it becomes second nature. You will begin to love you, to love life and who you are. So begin Dear Ones! |
